Highly Recommend, Our Driver was Exceptional!
Super easy to book with, most reasonable transport from Port Canaveral to our Universal resort, the support staff were very helpful when we had delays with our arrival time. Our driver Arthur Dibb, was friendly, professional and safe. Would highly recommend this service.

Pickup at Orlando Airport
We didn't know where to meet our driver in this very busy airport, and received concise details to help us when we arrived at the airport. Information was provided in a very timely manner as well. Bruno's car was very clean and he was professional in every respect. Would certainly recommend this company.

Great trip with Rodolpho
The booking process was fast and easy. The service was less expensive and more efficient and flexible than the transportation through the cruise line.
My driver Rodolpho was on time, courteous and was flexible! He was able to pick us up early on short notice. I would definitely recommend him!

The driver ended up running late by 35…
The driver ended up running late by 35 mins. Due to that we just made it to gate as they were boarding. I suggest driver leave earlier and monitor traffic. Otherwise he was very thoughtful and apologetic. He offered us temp control and music of our choice.

Although our driver departed from our central dispatch with ample time, an unexpected road closure combined with heavy traffic congestion along the route unfortunately impacted his arrival time. These conditions were beyond our immediate control, but we fully understand the stress this may have caused, especially with a flight departure approaching.

The driver never arrived
The driver never arrived. Called the office and no one was there to help.
Ended up having to rent a car instead. Beyond frustrated and will be looking to refund.
Extremely disappointed.
Update: The last four digits of my reservation were 4431. Joao was my assigned driver, and no one at Fastpass ever responded to me either by phone or email.

Booked reservation for departure at…
Booked reservation for departure at 8:50am to cruise port….. no show…. Called said 8:50pm so cancelled…. Still being charged…. Will not use service again. I am a travel agent who books a lot of travel so this one trip will cost you much more in future business.

Changes last minute
Our reservation driver and time was changed an hour and a half before our pick up time. They assigned a different driver who luckily was able to get us, he did hurry and we were on time but it was a littler stressful because we had a specific time to be ar cruise. But the guy was amazing! He did say that that was not normal for that place. All ended up fine.

About 1.5 hours before your scheduled pickup, we identified a potential issue with the originally assigned vehicle reaching your location on time. To avoid any delay and ensure you wouldn’t miss your cruise, we proactively reassigned another nearby vehicle and driver — both of whom were able to respond quickly.
As part of this change, we actually upgraded your service at no additional cost by dispatching a larger vehicle (Minivan category), offering more comfort and space than originally booked. We believe that making this upgrade was an important way to offset any stress caused by the last-minute switch.
Once again, thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to leave a review. We truly value your trust and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future — always striving to make your experience even smoother.

While the drivers were punctual
While the drivers were punctual, communicative, and performed well, their appearance was not professional, and the vehicles provided were not premium SUVs as represented. This experience felt like a bait-and-switch and gave the impression that costs were increased without delivering the promised service level.
This is a clear bait-and-switch tactic. The vehicle advertised and shown in the picture is a Suburban, yet I was later informed that I would need to pay an additional fee for a Suburban or an “equivalent.” A minivan is not, by any reasonable standard, equivalent to a Suburban, yet the company has unilaterally decided to treat them as such. This is misleading and deceptive. While I initially did not intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the company’s actions make it evident that this practice will continue. I will therefore be filing a formal complaint to document and address this behavior.
