I paid extra for a larger car and you sent a smaller car.
it made for a tight fit. please refund the $68.04 I paid extra.

Started off bad. 30 minutes before arrival time, received call there would be 30-45 minute delay! Arrived 30 minutes late, but had to stop enroute for fuel, plus driver did not know which ship we were to board in Canaveral! Caused us to be 45minutes late for boarding. I had to navigate for driver to fuel station and to access I4. From there he knew the way. However, he handled phone frequently while driving and even took a phone call (not hands free) and exceeded speed limit, and seemed to wait till last second to break behind cars slowing in front.

Booked a premium van, but while the inside was comfortable, it was far from premium in the opinion of the eight passengers: window edges at doors were dirty; passenger side windshield cracked; definetly showed is 176,000 miles; squealing brakes.

Driver was very pleasant.

But, this was a most unsatisfactory ride!

Truly hope our pickup at Port Canaveral on 4/25 will be MUCH better.

We pre-booked a van for 10 passengers with 10 pieces of luggage, but the vehicle that arrived did not have ANY space for our bags. We were forced to use the front row of seats to pack in luggage, which made the ride extremely cramped and uncomfortable. This was not the service or vehicle we reserved.

Additionally, I had called ahead to confirm a forward-facing car seat for a 3-year-old. The driver arrived with an infant car seat instead, which was completely unusable for our child. As a result, our 3-year-old had to ride to the hotel without a proper car seat, which is both unacceptable and unsafe.

While the driver himself was kind, the overall experience did not match what was booked or confirmed in advance. I would not recommend this service based on our experience.

Pick up at MCO orlando airport at the baggage claim was perfect by Gabe . He drove us to Streamsong golf resort with 5 guys with clubs in a large van/ small bus that was comfortable. The return by Joao at Streamsong back to the airport was professional again. Great job!

Driver late (both sides of journey). 15 minutes for the first leg (oops wrong hotel?, and 10 minutes for the second (another driver was there calling your name--just not true). Made excuses as noted rather than taking accountability for being late. Merged from one freeway to the next across three lanes of traffic and through the median when he almost missed his exit while talking and texting. Tried to change our departure time an hour and one half before our first leg. No notification that 20% gratuity will be added to all drives and the receipt comes well after the drive, so we double tipped for the first leg, although, frankly, for this service I don't know why anyone would tip. Save yourself a lot of frustration and use a competitor.

I recently booked transportation from MCO to Disney and back to MCO. We were traveling with 7 adults and 2 children in rear facing car seats so we needed something large enough to accommodate. Sprinter van had plenty of space for all of us, our luggage, a wheelchair and double stroller!

My biggest reason for booking private transportation was the availability of car seats upon request. I did not want to drag two huge car seats down just to get to/from the airport.

Booking was easy and car seats were easily requested (for an extra fee) I received confirmation emails and a text to confirm the age of my children. I was very clear in requesting both car seats to be REAR facing. Although my son is almost 2.5 years old, we still rear face and will continue to until age 4 (we do not mess around when it comes to the safety of our children)

When we got to the van, one car seat was forward facing and BOTH seats were installed incorrectly. So at 9:00PM (with two cranky children) I had to reinstall both car seats to ensure the safety of my children.

When booking, we provided our flight information and told the drivers always watch the flight trackers to ensure they are there on time but this was not the case. Thankfully I texted the driver when we landed (we landed earlier than expected) he was not even in route to the airport yet.

On our trip back to the airport the car seats were installed fine but the straps in one of the seats was all twisted (which is unsafe) so again I had to fix the car seat before placing my child into it.

Drivers were friendly and vans were clean but the car seat thing was very big disappointment. Even though I had to fix the car seats which caused a delay in our travels, I would still book again to avoid having to travel with car seats.

Caio was our driver and he was wonderful! Getting picked up from the airport was seamless, even with a baby and a dog. The car seat was secure and the ride was smooth despite all the traffic. Booking the ride was simple and rescheduling to the next day after we missed our initial flight was easy, too. I would definitely use GoFastPass again, and request Caio to be our driver because he was so professional and friendly!

We were a larger group (13 people) and used FastPass to get to and from Port Canaveral from Orlando. The booking process was so smooth and they were helpful with my many questions she several changes. The driver provided great communication ahead of each trip. Would definitely recommend!

Due to an unexpected death we had to change the dates of our trip last minute. Fast Pass was very accomodating and was able to assist with our change in transportaiton needs.

We used Gofastpass for airport transfers to and from MCO to Port Canaveral for a family vacation. Our drivers, Reginaldo and Sandro, were both outstanding!!! They were both very pleasantly communicative, not only in planning the pickups, but also during the nearly 1 hour drives each way. Their vehicles were also immaculate and comfortable. Everything about our experience with this company was excellent! We would absolutely use Gofastpass again without hesitation.

Bruno was amazing. We asked him to be our driver for our return trip to the airport on Friday morning.

This was an amazing experience. Caio was early to arrive, efficient, fast to get us to our destination safely, and exceptionally friendly. He made great local suggestions. Highly recommend. Would absolutely book him again.
