First time using this company but I’m pleased I did. We used them for all transfers ( from airport to hotel, hotel to cruise ship, cruise ship to hotel, hotel to airport).
Everytime they were on time, which is a big deal to me. The woman that transferred us the most would text us when the plane was delayed, came to get us an hour earlier from our cruise. I highly recommend to use this company. I will for now on.

Fast, friendly, reliable and Trustworthy!
Fast, friendly, reliable service! Great communication and knowledgeable! But even more than that they are honest and extremely helpful - my grandson left his backpack (full of his most treasured items) on our limo when we were dropped off at our hotel and he was devastated. I contacted both the FastPass office and our driver, Bruno Martins, and they immediately responded! Bruno had the backpack dropped off at our hotel that very night! THAT is a sign of an honest business with kind and caring people! Would definitely use their service again and can’t thank them enough!

Recommend Fast Pass
Our driver, Mr. Morelli, was punctual, friendly and polite. My friends and I had a wonderful conversation with him on our drive to Cape Canaveral. He was very personable. Handled our overpacked luggage with ease and care. It was a lovely experience.

The driver did not meet and greet us
The driver did not meet and greet us, after phoning the office on 2 occasions we eventually meet our driver who could not speak nor understand English. He spent the first 5 minutes driving and sending text messages drifting across lanes and nearly caused an accident until we told him to put his phone down and concentrate on his driving, he unstoppable that. It 1hour 45 minutes to our destination which should have taken 45 minutes and he nearly ran out of fuel, when we arrived at our destination he only open the tail gate half way which I walked it to smacking my head.
Will never use the company again. I did email them and had a poor response avoiding answering my complaint

5 stars aren't enough for Caio
5 stars aren't enough for Caio! We were already dealing with a stressful situation because my girlfriend was sick, and Caio turned what could have been a really difficult experience into a genuinely comfortable and easy one.
It started before we even got in the car. He sent clear, concise pickup instructions that took all the guesswork out of finding him, exactly what you need when you're already stressed.
Once we were in, he immediately noticed my girlfriend wasn't feeling well and, without us even asking, offered to stop at a Walgreens. That level of compassion and awareness is rare and truly meant a lot in that moment.
The entire ride was incredibly smooth. He was clearly mindful of her motion sickness, taking turns gently and keeping things steady and comfortable the whole way. And on top of all that, he was super warm and easy to talk to, the kind of driver who just puts you at ease.
Caio didn't just drive us somewhere, he took care of us. If you get him, consider yourself lucky. Highest possible recommendation. 🙌

Everything went to plan from pick up to drop off. Great communication with the driver (Fernando) and our group. The van was very spacious and comfortable and fit our group of 7 comfortably. Will definitely use again in the future

Long wait for driver
The booking process was easy. I felt that the transfer was a little expensive but I was willing to pay it for a dedicated driver upon arrival. Our flight arrived on time and we recovered our luggage —- still no driver with a sign (meet and greet as payment included). We received a text that was it. We text to inform the driver of our readiness to be picked up and the location where we were staged (outside the terminal at number 25). It took our driver 20 minutes to arrive at the pick up location. Not what we paid for, not as advertised, not as instructed. The rest of the journey to Cape Canaveral went as planned. Hard to start with a disappointment.
