communication and cleanliness
Driver offered good communication and was prompt with pick up. He was polite and the vehicle was clean and roomy. As four females, we felt very safe.

Reginaldo reached out the day before we arrived to confirm our pick up. Our flight was 1 1/2 hours late but it was no problem. He stayed in contact via text and picked us up within minutes of getting our bags. Smoothest part of our travel day. Highly recommend.

Early morning flight
Had an early morning flight out our driver was supposed to be there at 7:00 a.m. but unfortunately a car accident on the expressway block the bridge so he had to go 20 miles out the way to get to us and got to us in great time. We made our flight with plenty time to spare so professional and explain the way he came to pick us up. We was real gracious for his service thank you again.

I received an email our driver would be at baggage claim area with a sign with our name on it. Got to baggage claim area looked all over several drivers with signs but not ours. After calling him located him sitting in front he vehicle waiting across the street. He drove over to the curb when I called and said we were at the curb.
