Party of 8 cruise bound. FLL to downtown Miami, very convenient and easy.
Making reservations was very easy, communication from start to finish with FastPass and Mauro our driver were great. Service and the vehicle were top of the line! Will definitely refer FastPass and Mauro to anyone I know!

Our driver Reginaldo was wonderful
Our driver Reginaldo was wonderful! He was friendly, efficient and arrived early! His car was new and air conditioned. We all commented how nice it was. It was a great ride to the airport and we will definitely use again. Thank you!

Our flights (2) were delayed
Our flights (2) were delayed. We were very hopeful that we were going to be able to Howard our connecting flight. That was a no. After standing in line to find a new flight, which was 1.5 hrs. We were rescheduled. Unfortunately, by the time all was taken care of, our driver was already at the airport . He suggested to use the chat and email to reschedule. According to the chat , someone would be in contact. I left a voice mail prior to boarding our flight. No response. By the time we arrived the office was closed. Left us stranded. Monday, I called and was told that no refund would be given due to the driver was at the airport and I regretfully did not contact the service. The stress level , with flights being delayed was overwhelming to say the least. Upon further communication, it was determined that the follow up email was sent to the junk folder. How would I have known that? I fully understand that the time was missed. The circumstances surrounding the missed time was no fault of myself. Airlines controlled the rescheduling. I understand the no refund . I would employ that you would reconsider and offer a partial 50% refund. Thank you for your time. Jeananne Postle

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly understand how stressful airline delays and missed connections can be, and we’re sorry your travel plans were disrupted.
In this case, however, our operations were based on the flight originally scheduled to arrive at Orlando International Airport (MCO), which did not show any delay or cancellation. As part of our service, we monitored that scheduled flight, dispatched the driver accordingly, and the driver arrived at the airport as planned. By the time we were notified that your itinerary had changed, the driver had already been dispatched and the original flight had landed, making it impossible to provide a complimentary reschedule.
Our flight monitoring applies to the scheduled arrival flight associated with the reservation, and unfortunately we cannot automatically accommodate itinerary changes when we are not notified in advance with sufficient time to rearrange our schedule.
Although the reservation was correctly handled under our Terms & Conditions and was therefore considered a no-show, we still wanted to help. For that reason, we offered a 25% discount toward a new transfer and would also be happy to extend that offer to your return airport transfer should you choose to travel with us again.
We respectfully believe that a 1-star review does not accurately reflect what occurred in this reservation. While we sincerely regret the circumstances caused by the airline, there were no operational failures on FastPass’s part. Our team followed the reservation exactly as booked and according to our established procedures.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you safe travels in the future.

Great service.
Claudio was punctual to pick us up. He contacted us the day before and I updated him about our landing late. The van was very comfortable and the small trailer held all of out 8 pieces of luggage, 2 strollers, 3 car seats and 4 carry on pieces of luggage. Just a very easy and positive experience.

Our driver
Our driver, Rommel, was punctual, professional and friendly. We booked transportation from our hotel to the port and then from the port to our hotel. It was easy to communicate with the driver before he got the the hotel and the port for pick up. We would definitely recommend using Fast Pass and will use them again if we ever find ourselves back in Miami.

This was my second trip using FastPass…
This was my second trip using FastPass drivers. Both times it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our driver Calo was very personable and communicated with me to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived. He was an excellent driver and truly made our 1 hour drive a pleasant experience. Very happy with FastPass and I will definitely use them again.

Communication and On Time!!!!
The communication from FastPass was incredible! They were texting me 24 hours prior to ensure the time and location for the pick-up. They called me about 1 hour before pick-up to confirm everything one more time. They sent pictures of the vehicle which made it much easier to find in the crowded area! 5 stars!

Our JetBlue flight Canceled the flight within 24 hours of our departure. Changing flights and everything that needed to be changed was a headache. FastPass made this change very easy with the online chat. Highly recommend!!!

Easy to book
Easy to book, had the child car seats ready. I made changes to our reservation 2 tumes. They acomodated all of our needs . Overall great cervice!

Our plane was stuck on tamarack for two…
Our plane was stuck on tamarack for two hours and Fernando Delgado waited for us and didn’t ask anything in return. My husband gave him a decent amount for saving us the trouble with our little kids.
Van had water leak on left side in the back seats.
I was also charged for booster seat which I asked approx two weeks before trip for 9 year old but there wasn’t any for him.
