Driver was friendly and made the ride personal for us. He knew all the staff by name at the resort and addressed them warmly and professionally. Never was concerned about his driving. Very punctual.

Dear Anni,
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the 20-minute delay with your pickup.
Unfortunately, there was an unexpected road closure near the pickup location that affected our driver’s arrival time. As soon as we became aware of the delay, our team remained in communication with you and provided updates regarding the driver’s arrival.
While unexpected traffic conditions and road closures are outside of our direct control, we understand how important punctuality is to our customers and always do everything possible to minimize any disruption.
We’re glad that, despite the delay, the service was successfully completed and you were transported safely to your destination.
Thank you for choosing FastPass. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother and fully punctual experience in the future.
The worst experience I’ve ever had
The worst experience I’ve ever had. Driver attempted to pick us up with no car seats. We paid for car seats. They didn’t inform us they weren’t bringing them and left us stranded at the airport with no solution and then still charged us for the service.

We’re very sorry that your experience did not meet the standard of service we aim to provide.
Your reservation did include a car seat; however, due to an operational oversight, the driver dispatched for your service did not have the requested car seat in the vehicle. We fully recognize the importance of this item, especially when traveling with children, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused upon your arrival.
As soon as we became aware of the situation, our team offered to arrange another vehicle equipped with the appropriate car seat. Unfortunately, given the additional waiting time required, you understandably chose not to remain at the airport.
The reservation was therefore canceled, and a 100% refund of the amount paid was issued. We also offered a discount toward a future service as an additional gesture for the inconvenience.
We take situations like this seriously and have addressed the issue internally to help prevent it from happening again. We regret that we were unable to provide the experience you expected on this occasion and appreciate the opportunity to clarify that the service was fully refunded.
Great experience!
Very easy to work with and was quoted the best price with a large group.
