Power Engineering LLC placed an order (#297245638001022601) for Class 9 Dangerous Goods (UN 3480 Lithium-ion Batteries) under CIF Yerevan terms, paid in full ($4,359.59 USD via SWIFT).

The seller (Gobel Power Energy) issued a defective Bill of Lading, intentionally misdeclaring Class 9 hazardous cargo as non-hazardous "Cases". In official chat communication, the seller directly admitted to omitting Dangerous Goods (DG) declarations to bypass shipping line procedures. Customs authorities strictly prohibit clearance under falsified paperwork.

Instead of providing compliant DG paperwork, the seller refuses refund obligations and pressures the buyer to accept non-compliant documents. Trade Assurance dispute is ongoing. Potential buyers should be extremely cautious regarding shipping document compliance with this vendor.

I purchased a total of 48 EVE MB31 cells from Gobelpower's EU stock via two separate orders.

Ordering, processing, delivery, and packaging were all excellent.

Of course, the shipping time was a bit longer than what you might are used to from other large online retailers who have warehouses in every major city, but the packages arrived within three weeks of ordering.

What really stands out, and is the reason I felt compelled to write this positive review, is the service: For the official registration of the storage system, I needed the corresponding certificates for the EVE cells. Unfortunately, these aren't available online. A brief email inquiry was answered within a few hours. Not only were all the relevant certificates provided, but even the test reports for each individual cell from the factory.

Now that's what I call service – something many companies could learn from.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with Gobelpower's entire offering and highly recommend them.
