I received the fitcam which doesn't fit my Range Rover evoque. Despite repeated requests to provide a return address and refund I just got emails asking for yet more photos which have already been provided. Absolute crooks don't deal with these people .

Do not buy!!
I had two fitcamx for my cars
The 1st didn't fit as the original but was sort of acceptable ,the other did not fit at all !!
After contact with the support I have send them pictures, but kept asking for more pictures and keep annoying you ! No Support at All ! very poor helpdesk.
No help, no return policy
Never buy there again, plenty of better alternatives!

I ordered a 4K Dual-Cam kit, but they sent only the front camera. When I contacted support, it was pure chaos. One agent (Baoying) offered one thing, another (Harmony) did something else. They sent me a 'Single-Recording' CPU version, which makes it technically impossible to even plug in a rear camera later.
Worst of all, they are CENSORING reviews on their official website and Shopify store. I posted a 1-star review to warn others, and they hid it immediately. They only keep positive reviews to mislead customers.
The hardware is okay, but their fulfillment and support are unprofessional. If they make a mistake, you are on your own. Buy from Amazon or a platform with real buyer protection instead of their direct store.

Dopo un mese e mezzo senza ricevere alcunchè, ho aperto una contestazione su Paypal. Non hanno risposto attraverso il portale ma privatamente mi hanno scritto che avrebbero provveduto alla spedizione soltanto se avessi ritirato la contestazione. Questa si chiama mala fede, perchè sanno benissimo che a quel punto non sarei stato tutelato.
Evitate di acquistare da loro.

Paket nie erhalten und bekomme schon seit über 2 Monaten mein Geld nicht zurück. Zwischendurch würde ein Ersatz Paket geschickt, was ich aber umgehend zurück geschickt habe auf meine Kosten da mir der Service des Unternehmens schon nicht mehr gefallen hätte. Versprochen wurde mir da die Rückzahlung, aber die habe ich auch nach 2 Monaten nicht erhalten. Eidesstattliche Versicherung gegenüber dpd wurde unterschrieben, aber kein Geld bekommen. Nie wieder. Lieber über Amazon 20 Euro mehr bezahlen, dna bekommt dan auch sein Paket umd den passenden Service.

I made a purchase on the 16/03/26 and everything went fine but after getting a confirmation email that is where things have gone crap!
The confirmation email said that I would get a further email to confirm the unit I needed was correct for my make and model of car within 48hrs but I am still waiting for this email to arrive. I have reached out using the support email address (as they do not have a customer service number I WONDER WHY??) 3 times now providing my order number but still I have yet to hear anything back from the company. I then wrote a review and posted it and would you believe it I got a confirmation email (so my email does actually work who would guess that) but still no support to deal with my issue.
They took my money and have in effect ghosted me so I will be posting this review where ever I can on social media to warn people DO NOT BUY THESE GOODS YOU ARE MORE LIKELY TO LOSE YOU MONEY THAN GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

Dashcam doesnt work. Keeps turning off and almost never records.

Purchased for my c300e Mercedes and cannot fault anything. It was delivered within 10 days, and took no more than 20 mins to fit. Video quality is good. I followed their recommendations and sent images of the existing moulding, and by return email they told me exactly what model to order.

No phone customer service. Still struggling to install. Wish I'd have gone to Halfords.

The process to getting the right camera shipped was straightforward. Placed the order for my Toyota Supra, got an email to send a photo of the rear view mirror casing, and it was shipped the following day arriving 7 days from placing the order. Installation can be tricky but lots of youtube videos from helpful people showing how to get it done - a few of those and 20min later, it was done. Everything worked out of the box. The only issue I found was wifi connectivity when car is on vs engine started (due to apple carplay connecting) - otherwise it works as expected. The image quality is very good (4k-ish) for £135 - it's not maybe as amazing as the £400+ cameras, no GPS data (which isn't needed anyway - you know where you are?!), but it looks OEM, won't fall off and doesn't obstruct any screen space, no wires and no need to pay for installation. Those were my criteria anyway.

Initially impressed with the quality and instruction guides.
Customer service has been fine too.
I assumed that the set up included a speed record and GPS data.
It was only while i was looking in the app setup guide I noticed that there is nothing of the sort.
Incredibly, in the year 2026 this expensive dash cam is without, what is now, mainly included with all other units, far cheaper than this.

I wrote an honest review of a product on their website and they simply deleted it.

They sell rebranded Chinese cameras which are advertised as 4K camers when in fact they have a 2K sensor.
I explained this in the review and this is probably the reason it got deleted.

So know that this is what you're dealing with

Ordered a dashcam for my Peugeot e208. I wasn't sure what to expect - although the product reviews I read were good, you never know what goods from China are going to be like.
I can tell you that this dashcam seems to be great quality. In fact, I can only praise everything about it.
FITTING: It was tricky getting the old rear mirror console off - but only because I didn't know how to do it. In the end, common sense and brute force won out.
Fitting the Fitcam was easy, very simple, and what a treat to just unplug one wire and plug the camera in - I'm used to the hassle of trying to route wires under the dash, under trim panels, behind seals, etc.
The whole thing took about 5 minutes after I got the old console off. Watch a few videos of people fitting them first.
APPEARANCE: Looks fantastic! Good quality moulding, extremely unobtrusive -you wouldn't know there was a camera there.
VIDEOS: I left the picture quality setting on the highest (4k, although other settings are available). The videos are crystal clear, even in the horrible light and weather conditions we get here in the UK.
VALUE: I consider it very good value, no more than the price of a normal dashcam and fitting kit.
DELIVERY: It took a few weeks, largely because of customs hold ups at this end.
SUMMARY: A reasonably priced, well-designed, high-quality camera. Exceptionally easy and fast to fit, completely blending in with the car.
I recommend this to anyone.

Don’t waste your money, have spent 3 weeks trying to connect it to my iPhone via emails from the company, obviously the product is rubbish, lot of money for a rubbish product.

Beware of the claimed OEM integrated replacement cam for your vehicle. It is not. After many back and forth messages and my complaints met with several “ it is the correct camera for your vehicle”, when I reminded them that my Fitcamx on my Ram 1500 does not need a fitment work-around, they stated it was a “dedicated model” but “could be used on other vehicles”. That’s contradictory. If dedicated, why is a not an OEM match? The one I received was about an inch wider on the passenger side than the footprint of the black windshield area designed to cloak perfectly the original mirror housing. To compensate, they include a loose plastic insert cover to mask the excess area so the camera internals would not be seen through the windshield from the outside. So those “other vehicles” they mentioned obviously will not need this band-aid. My Ram 1500 didn’t. So it’s a dice-roll. You don’t know in advance and they don’t disclose it. It is very unattractive. In addition, the black plastic cover will not stay, so the “technical support” they gave was for me to see if the glass would hold the piece in place and if not, just glue it together if it keeps falling out! The camera doesn’t even sit flat on the windshield so how could the glass support it? The camera itself seems to work, but is it an OEM replacement as advertised? No….and is evident by just looking from the outside. I would return it for another brand if it weren’t for not trusting their strange difficult return policy, the hassle of having to remove it, pack it, ship it, and later having to use 2 different dash cam apps. Fitcamx would not even consider compensating me to keep the defective unit and refused to send a universal camera that would look better and fit flush against the windshield even after me submitting photo after photo. Customer Support is trained to give generic non-answers, continuously demand photos, and most likely AI Assistant. Know these things before you consider buying a Fitcamx.

If I could give negative stars I would. This experience was pure frustration from start to finish. Fitcamx sent the wrong main power cable for my vehicle can’t get a round peg to fit in a square as I like to call it. I followed their instructions exactly. The camera never powered on. I took clear photos showing the mismatch. The vehicle connector is on top. The Fitcamx cable is on the bottom. They do not match. It is obvious in the picture.

Instead of fixing their mistake, support kept telling me I was wrong. They even accused me of sending photos of the wrong cable. I explained multiple times that the rain sensor had nothing to do with the power issue. They ignored it every time. No accountability. No solution.

In the end, they blamed me and still made me pay return shipping for their error. I lost time. I lost money. I dealt with unnecessary stress. This was exhausting and insulting. I regret buying this product and I will never deal with this company again.

The item arrived damaged but people who work in customer service are honest ,not like many others .After I showed some photos they sent me a replacement that was OK. Despite the fact that the camera is tricky to mount I highly recommend it

I ordered this for my Toyota Corolla hybrid estate icon model 2022 and received my parcel yesterday and you all know it gets dark around 4:00 - 4:30 nowadays depending upon where you live in Uk, so I decided to do my project the next day , which has been today. It has been crafted so beautifully and precise that no one is able to guess that it’s part of the car or bought separately until you disclose it yourself. The fitting has been very easy and the result during the day and night is also perfect. It is a must and if you think you are unable to fit it yourself, you may always seek professional help as there is no harm in that. I am very perfectionist so I wold say 10/10 forr this amazed my product.

They are very quick to reply but with useless ‘copy & paste’ replies. Waited the 14 working days and no parcel. Paid for postage, they are now refusing to refund the order even though it has not arrived. I will be lodging a fraud case with my bank

Bought my wife a new vehicle a few months ago and order a dashcam from Fitcamx. The next day I was contacted by Fitcamx and asked to send a few pictures of the original housing so they could make absolutely sure that I received the correct camera. The package arrived in about 12-13 days. I was installing the unit on her vehicle and broke several tabs on the Fitcamx housing. I contacted the company and asked if I could buy just the housing and not have to pay for the internal electronics or camera. The gentleman that I spoke with went above and beyond. Even though I explained that it was broken because of my mistake, he sent me a new housing at no cost and didn't even charge me for shipping. I received the new one shortly thereafter and got it installed correctly. It works so well I just bought one for my truck. Great company with a great product.
