Garbage cheap light digital garbage with a high pitch wining noise. They were supposed to refund shipping which I still never received. I had to do a charge back with my CC company to get any refund. AVOID.

Got my ZD3 recently and love it! The sound via the DAC compared to my previous 3.5mm jack is unreal. Love listening to music, drum and bass in particular and my partner has also noticed how much better it sounds. I set the ZD3 up and by coincidence an issue with my Klipsch stereo appeared at the same time. Nothing to do with the ZD3 (confirmed now!). Fosi Support were magnificent. Several days of help with drivers and firmware while I was convinced the issue was not with the stereo. Long story short Fosi team went above and beyond to assist and after days of assistance I figured out the Klipsch system was the issue after all. I cannot understate how good the Fosi team were and how far they went to help.

Totally gold star stuff.

I have recently started purchasing FOSI audio gear for my new house which has a dedicated music room and I wanted to add to the Aesthetics. My kit included Krix Harmonix speakers, Paradigm subwoofer various amplifiers, CD players and streaming devices. No issues with sound quality, just big cumbersome and ugly.

I had seen plenty of reviews and based on specifications and some video reviews I decided to dip my toes in the water.

I started with ordering 2 x V3 mono blocks but inadvertently ordered 4. To this original order I added 2 x visualisers, 1 x P4 pre amplifier 1 x Zd3 DAC and 1 x Small Audio Rack with the 2 Cooling Fans and plenty of their cables.

WOW Big clean and crisp sounds from the moment the components came out of the boxes. I was impressed to say that the smart reviewers had got it right performance, quality and Aesthetics in small firm factor and for superb pricing.

50-100 hours later of referencing my go to audio tracks on Cd, streaming services and my networked lossless audio collection from the QNAP on the network. I was overly impressed by the results.

My only decision was that I should have purchased the ZP3 based on the balanced outputs and nowhere could I plug in and test my vast array of headphones.

So I decided to contact the support team as I was frustrated that the products could be purchased from multiple sites, varying prices good discounts, shipping costs from overseas from some suppliers and it was annoying to say the least.

Summer from the support team was prompt and efficient and we were able to work out a plan and I couldn’ be happier. Such a knowledgabke team member who made this process of upgrading and her recommendations in relation to future proofing my system and allowing for further growth.

Adding to my collection, we arranged to purchase the SW10 subwoofer, the ZP3 pre amp the ZH3 the BOXX5 phono preamp ( in anticipation for the release of the turntable later this year). I added the another Audio rack, 2 more visualisrs, and the 2 visualiser the DS3 portable DAC , the IM4’s in ear monitors and the Jewel in the crown, yes another pair of headphones the I5 open back Headphones. All that is missing from the media room is tfe CD player due out later this year.

Products arrived promptly within a week in 3 Seperate parcels all well packaged, no damage and track and trace capabilities on all.

So I reconfigured the setup and then in the new office I setup the other V3 mono blocks the P4 a Rotel RDD06 DAC and a reference quality Sony CD player.

Now I love the Krix Speakers but the whole world changed upon connecting the I5 Open back headphones. Putting them through their paces 9 hours slipped by and I couldn’t fathom how the combination of source to DAC to preamp to headphones could deliver such amazing results across multiple genres of music.

Nothing ventured nothing gained, do yourself a favour and if you are considering some new audio products thst won’t break the bank but will provide endless hours of pure joy listening to your favourite tracks then you seriously can’t go past FOSI and the dynamic range of products.

My experience with Fosi Audio’s customer support has been very positive. I explained the issue with my V3 Mono amplifiers and provided photos and videos. Their support team quickly identified that the problem was caused by the splitter used to power two V3 Monos with a single 48V power supply, and they immediately sent me a replacement. Everything is now working perfectly. Thank you, Fosi — your amplifiers are absolute beasts!

Over the years, I have purchased eleven various FOSI Audio products. When the front-panel display on my 5-year-old DA2120A faded some of the segments, I contacted FOSI technical support and they were able to provide me with a new display board for a little more than the cost of shipping which, for me, was easy to replace.

Recently, I needed some help with mt FOSI LC30 VU Meter, and again, the company came through in a series of emails that connected me to one of their engineers, and they helped me diagnose and fix an issue that was unique to my setup and not really a device failure. Yet, they were more than willing to try and accommodate my unique application.

During the last holiday sale, I bought the ZD3 DAC & Pre-Amp and a ZA3 Amplifier combination which I have set up as the music system in my Family Room. I believe that it is an unbeatable combination at its very reasonable cost that delivers plenty of clean, powerful sound and a convenient subwoofer output for an excellent sounding 2.1 system.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with the FOSI Audio products I have purchased and with the after-sales service FOSI has provided. As they evolve into designing more sophisticated products to appeal to budget audiophiles, I find that their newest offerings represent an unbeatable combination of price and performance. Their Class-D power amplifiers use proven brand-name components packaged into modern stylish enclosures to provide excellent value and clean, room filling sound.

I have a dedicated listening room with sophisticated electronics and higher-end speakers and find when I substitute the FOSI ZD3/ZA3 combination for my current electronics, the sound is remarkably good, but a bit “clinical”. But, FOSI has anticipated that not every application of room and speaker will be perfectly matched, so they offer a very simple option of replacing the current op-amps with custom designed Sparkos or Burson alternatives to tailor and refine the output of their ZD3, much like the practice of “tube rolling” could fine tune output of older tube equipment.

I believe that this evidences a level of customer focus that is rare in the audio industry at any price, let alone the very reasonable cost of FOSI’s products.

Sad to say, the Fosi P2 made my PC audio far worse than before, for whatever reason (I tried everything recommended on forums, different input/outputs and cables etc).

Got no response from customer services so am returning the item to Amazon for a full refund.

Waste of time and money.

NOT the giant slayer many internet audio ‘influencers’ have been billing it as.
In this instance I am referring to the P4 pre amplifier.
When you get past the excitement-for-hire nonsense this is an unsubtle, mechanical-sounding unit lacking warmth, tonal range and sound staging. It is exactly what it is: a cheap unit and it sounds it. I found it’s presentation cool, hard, glassy and with a steely edge I found unpleasant.
This after more than 10 days burn-in partnered with a rich, powerful sounding power amplifier (an Arcam p90).
I paid £75. This is nothing in the audio world. What did I expect?
This. Precisely this. Astonishing they can do it for so little, but one cannot expect miracles. To put this into perspective the performance with the p90 was below what you expect from a reasonable budget integrated amplifier, so if you are looking for audio nirvana on the cheap, forget it.
You’d be much, much better off buying a used Arcam A75+ integrated, for example.

Am I damning Fosi Audio? Not at all. But don’t believe those over-excitable types fogging up the windows with their hot breath.
If you want to buy cheap, interesting-looking boxes, and play around with their features, this may be for you, but if you are after serious audio - satisfying in the medium-to-long term, then this isn’t it.

I started with a good pair of existing floor speakers and added V3 monoblocks connected to a ZD3 preamp/DAC with XLR cables.
Lossless music files come from a server via wifi. The transport device is an old Microsoft win11 tablet connected to the ZD3 by a short length quality USB data cable.

On a different system I added a DS2 portable USB headphone DAC and a pair of headphones to a win11 laptop.

On both win11 transport devices I aim for bit perfect and use Foobar2000 and ASIO exclusive.

To reach this point I have needed to direct a number of questions to Fosi support and have received prompt and useful answers including links to relevant resources. The resulting audio performance on both systems has been very good especially considering the price.

All items were delivered in good time by a local Fosi distributor.

I feel that to match the audio quality I have now with alternative products I would have to spend big.

I don't know why people complain so much here. And there are so many details missing from those 1-star reviews.
If you can, buy from a reseller (eBay/Amazon) as they have better local distribution. Because otherwise you're ordering from China and that might cause issue with your bank and activate import duties. Just use your brain! :)

Anyway, the products are fantastic. I have had hi-fi systems for 25 years and these little toys (ZA3/ZD3/ZP3/P4/X5) are just too good for what they cost. I love the D2C approach and how much the engineers from Fosi listen to their customers' feedback. Keep in mind that this is a ~7 year old company, it's as young as it can be!

Comprei um Fosi Sk02 para substituir o E1DA POWERDAC V2.1 e depois de 4 meses o Sk02 deixou de funcionar e a luz ótica não parava de piscar.
Entrei em contato com o suporte da Fosi e depois de 5 trocas de e-mail e diversas procedimentos tentando restabelecer o funcionamento normal o suporte da Fosi informou que enviaria outro Sk02 como reposição.
O atendimento foi excelente e focado na solução.
A minha experiência com os aparelhos da Fosi tem sido excelente, tenho o Fosi K7, o Fosi Sk01 e o Fosi Sk02 e recomendo todos.

It all started when the BT30D system I made for my wife's new (tiny) NUCBOX PC coupled with some Gale Reference Monitors and a passive Denon Subwoofer made me cry four times in an hour, while I tuned in the subwoofer. It easily outdid systems I had auditioned in the 90s costing more than $20,000.

And this instantly re-ignited my passion for music. For 15 years I have been all about my NAD-based 7.1 surround system on my gaming PC. It is fed by the only audiophile soundcards to ever exist: The ASUS Xonar HDAV 1.3 Deluxe & daughter board - with its 4x LM4562 and 8x JRC2144D op-amps. But for music, this system doesn't make me want to keep listening. I don't know why. Signal path length maybe?

So, I with the help of Linda at Fosi, I have built a special 2.1 music system, alongside my 7.1 system - sharing the front ProAc speakers via a switch.

And today I am obsessed with music again, and it's all because of Fosi and their incredibly clean Class-D amps: they offer performance I never thought I would ever be able to afford!

And so Fosi have made me cry about a dozen times or so in the last two months. Because every time I add a component, the music sounds better and better - and when I first connected my new Hifiman Sundaras to the new GR70 4-valve headphone amp, not only did it make me cry yet again, but it allowed me to hear things in my music, that even $100,000 worth of NAIM gear in the 1990s could not reveal!

Fosi make all my old (But VERY good!) speakers and all my old (But VERY good!) music sound brand new again! It's literally like hearing it for the first time! And music genres which used to leave me cold, I now avoid skipping over, and I am listening with intent, and with great pleasure.

For me, value is very important, and it's what used to make me angry about audiopphile equipment in the past. Well, I am very pleased to announce that in 2025 the complete democratization of Hifi equipment is complete, and Fosi have had a very large hand in achieving this incredible feat.

Now, everyone who wants to own high quality Hifi gear can do so, and at prices which seem to defy sense and reason!

On top of this, the friendly and (very!) responsive staff at Fosi are able to answer your questions immediately, and they are extremely thankful when you send them your feedback, and ideas for new products.

This is a company founded on the principle of designing what their customers ask for, and this has been noted many times by many people.

All I can say to finish, is this: "Thank you deeply, to everyone at Fosi, you have changed my life for the better, and now I am listening to music all over the place: in my car, on new IEMs, and mowing the lawn with my XM4s. Keep up the good work! I'll be buying plenty more Fosi items."

I’ll actually begin with a summary.
The bt20a pro is a magical little marvel that 99.9% of users will be happy with. Here’s why:

I admit I was a bit skeptical when purchasing. Since the mid 90s I’ve used and heard a great many class a/b amps connected to an even greater array of speakers. I’d call myself an audio enthusiast, though budget audiophile could also apply. This little bt20a pro can hang with just about all of the large “traditional” AVRs/amps I’ve used. Here’s an example.
In our main level living room/entertaining space I’ve been running a 2.1 system with an Arcam AVR. Arcam has long been known for prioritizing 2 channel musicality in their AVRs, and it sounded awesome. But my wife was complaining that it was dominating and too large so I replaced it with this Fosi. And here’s the thing. I don’t miss the Arcam. I really don’t. And it cost me over 10 times more. They have different sound signatures to be sure. The Fosi is clean, crisp, clear, punchy, and uncolored. It’s just pure clean power that allows the recording and speakers to be themselves, and it’s great.
Plus it’s basically invisible. I linked it to our Alexa and it’s on a switched outlet, so all my wife has to do is flip a switch and it’s go time. And to access whatever I have connected to the rca input, all I have to do is tell Alexa to disconnect and the Fosi automatically connects to it, meaning I don’t have to get up and hold a button for 5 seconds to switch from Bluetooth to my rca connects.
My wife gets a clean look with easy connectivity and I get to keep my stereo, and a great sounding one at that.
Everyone wins.
Finally I have to recognize Summer with customer service. There was an issue with one of the knobs and she provided perfect customer service, like the kind of service my parents always said has disappeared from the world.
If you’re on the fence you should give Fosi a try. There’s really no downside.
I’m thinking of buying them as Christmas gifts for my son and father in law.

Well, I see a great progress since I continue to buy their products. I’m at the fifth now and the quality has climbed with each one I ordered. With the last product I had a small issue that it could be lived with, but the customer support was kind enough asking just for a video with proof and send me another product that works flawlessly.
The shipping was always free and very fast.
I would definitely buy again, since they started to add quality dac like AKM and opened the door for the op-amps rolling.
I don’t know how they are doing it, but there is certainly a great value product for the price i payed. Since my system value is of many Ks, using a FOSI product instead of a more expensive / fancy one should say enough.

I’ve been using the Fosi Audio V3 Power Amplifier together with the Q6 DAC, and my experience has been fantastic.

Fosiaudio.com are scammers. Do not buy from them! I bought a phono preamp through their website. I paid by credit card. My bank blocked the payment and saved me from being scammed. I am now getting a new credit card. It's a lot of hassle, but better than being robbed.

Bought the mc101 preamp. It has fantastic audio quality and is built really well. Day one a knob for the speaker wire fell off due to over tightening but otherwise really good.

Hi Y'all. I bought a Fosi ZD3 today. Its connected to a vintage Quad 33/303 amplifier set up. What to say? It's been running all afternoon. Amazing sound. Now I use the Marantz CD6000 purely as a transport. The TV via Toslink sounds so much better. All in all, it is a bargain.
