good selection of quality genuine and aftermarket parts, were very helpful in sorting which parts I needed and posted quickly. helpfully allowed me to adjust delivery times via email to suit my needs

I have purchased from this Company before. They have a great selection of anything you need for your instruments. Quick delivery. I would buy from this Company again.

Great communications. I mistakenly ordered two of an item and Neil was very quick in replying to my messages and changing my order. Also their postage time was very quick. These little things really matter so 5 stars to Glued To Music for their customer service.

Faultless Experience & £10 cheaper then Amazon and other retailers. Quick dispatch and free 2nd class delivery. Awesome! Thank you

Efficiency

quick and also very helpful to a newbie guiatr builder

Excellent service time & time again. Would highly recommend to others.
Buying a fair amount of guitar paraphernalia this shop stands out from the crowd with great customer service and lightning fast dispatch times.
Thank you 👍🏼

Great selection of quality parts at reasonable prices combined with super fast shipping and great customer service. As a part time luthier I really appreciate being able to source parts in the uk and not incurr extra costs from the USA and now unfortunately the EU

I ordered a new 165 scratch plate for my guitar, it never arrived even though they said it had been delivered - untrue. They have ignored my last three messages asking for a refund or replacement. There is no contact phone number either - why? Do NOT buy from these people as you probably won't get what you ordered.

good discription of parts realistic pricing speedy dispatch

Still waiting for my guitar bridge to arrive , tried to contact them Twice and still no reply , will not be using them again

Glued to Music are brilliant!

Orders are dispatched promptly, communication is excellent!

Stock is great as they had items I couldn't find else where on the UK online market.

I will be recommending Glued to Music to all my friends and anyone I speak to that needs guitar parts quick!

The postage rates are reasonable and the different postage options are great!

Thank you Glued to Music
Thank you Neil 🤘🤘

Just very fast and no messing about, great shop great staff.

Would not recommend, I ordered parts from here and they have yet to arrive but I’m being told they have been delivered. No delivery note left by the delivery company like they usually would, no confirmation email of the parts being delivered and waiting to hear back from them.

I needed some small parts to repair an old guitar Glues to Music had a good range so I easily found what I needed. It was shipped in just over 1 day.

I purchased a set of three Hosco nut slotting files. Unfortunately the files were very inaccurate and cut the 17 and 13 (G & B) oversized to the point of pinging in the nut on bends. while some variation can be expected, as can be the need to widen a stot by manipulating the file, I find this is unacceptable since the nut becomes unfit for purpose. Sadly GtoM were wholly uncooperative in the matter, and refused to accept a return: I cannot recommend them, or the product.

I cannot really leave a accurate review right now as they have not replied to any of my emails as of yet, they also do not have a telephone number.

Have ordered a lot from these guys recently and they have been great every time. Super fast delivery and all high quality parts. Even replaced a truss rod that had been damaged in the post. Highly recommended.

Excellent service supplying Faber ABR bridge, Les Paul speed knobs, and Levy wireless pack holder (3 separate orders over a couple of weeks). Competitive pricing, free delivery, and delivery within 48 hrs from placing order.

When ordering replacement tuners for my guitar i realised after placing the order I had ordered right handed instead left handed. In the process of contacting them I got super fast and helpful customer service from Neil, he even realised the tuners I had ordered had been totally the wrong ones and was able to recommend me the right ones and swiftly dispatch my updated order.
