Glued to Music Anmeldelser

Unfortunately I have to give one star as I purchased a product that should fit straight away but I had to do modifications in order to fit it. Shop response was really disappointing.
I ordered many times before from them, never had an issue but once I had it they did not care to be honest.

Super fast delivery. Much appreciated.

No issues. Parts as described. No delivery charge and arrived on time. Recommend, as have a really good selection of parts available. We need to support small business like this, and ensure that such products are available to the guitar and general music community in the uk.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a couple of months ago (all went perfectly then) but I managed to misplace the packing list since and couldn't find my confirmation email. I wanted to re-order the exact same parts (Gotoh machine heads) so I contacted Mark via the website contact form and within a couple of hours he had found my order and emailed me back with the correct machine heads and a link to re-order them.
I placed the order at 4:48pm on the Thursday night and it was delivered to my door by 10am the next morning!
Incredibly helpful, great prices and so fast to process orders.

The Glued to music team upgraded this delivery (free of charge), The Hosco adapter ferrules work a treat. They allow 6.5mm tuner shaft to fill a 10mm hole. Allowing me to swap out those clunky Grover Rotomatics for Gotoh elegant klusson style 50s tuners.

Came accross the site by chance looking for a particular Fender vibrato unit. None of the big boys had it but Glued to Music did. Very quick service with great coms.
Arrived well packed and on time. Excellent.

I tend to go to the big music stores to order online as there's a certain amount of trust you can put to well known named stores but Glued to music had a part I needed available so gave them a try the item came fast and they used tracking on the parcel that sent text notifications which was nice not to have to keep going to web pages to check up on ill definitely shopping with them again 👍

Really glad I found Glued to Music, I only use a select few for my guitar parts and they are one of them. They have never let me down on delivery and always have what I am looking for, often cheaper than other sites, with the multipletimes i have ordered. Will be continuing to purchase my guitar parts from them.

What a great shop! Everything I needed for my guitar tech jobs at reasonable prices and really quick turn around and delivery. Now my first stop shop for me - Excellent service, thanks!!

Easy to navigate site. Products accurately described and sensibly priced. Quick and efficient delivery and goods fit for purpose. I'm searching for more stuff I need so I can have the pleasure of shopping here again.

Genuine Fender parts for cheaper than direct. Great online business - fast delivery and nice straight forward shop - will be returning. Thank you.

Super fast delivery (ordered Mon afternoon, arrived Wednesday midday-ish) good communication, item well packed. Would buy from them again!

Speedy dispatch and excellent customer service

I recently purchased from Glued to Music some Wera bits and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The price was great and the delivery was incredibly fast. I received my order the next day which was a pleasant surprise. The quality of the product was excellent. I highly recommend Glued on Music for their great prices and speedy delivery. It was a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience from start to finish.

Very good range with some top quality items you don’t always see elsewhere. Good prices and service too.

Can't recommend this company enough, the customer service is first class. All my emails were answered promptly with all the information I required to place an order. The free postage was spot on,excellent service.

Bought some Schaller M6 tuners from them and came in fast, thank you very much! 😊

Royal Mail delivered a day later than they said. Nothing Glued to Music could reasonably do about it. I emailed them when my order didn’t turn up and they provided advice straight away. Product is exactly as I expected. Would be 5 stars but for Royal Mail.

Prompt service and a good price.
No complaints!

First time ordering from Glued to Music. Great communications, fast dispatch and an overall excellent service. Will definitely order from them in the future.
