Lack of tracking information on courier website
Lack of tracking information on courier website. Ordered a week ago, Zooplus said dispatched but GLS said not received yet. Today I got emails saying the order was arriving today. The order has arrived but tracking the order progress should be better from GLS.

GLS leaves deliveries outdoors on street despite safe place available
GLS Ireland has left my delivery outdoors on the public street where it could get stolen, rained on, covered in bird droppings, dog urine etc. All despite the fact that I left the front porch door open with a note on it saying the package could be left inside. They have done this twice and ignored my last complaint. I was at home the last time and they did not even ring the door bell so it was outside for some time before I found it. This time I was lucky that someone I know found it outside my house while I was at work.

Gls Cavan I run a business
Gls Cavan I run a business, they kept leaving parcels outside without telling me, both when the shop was open and when we were closed. Neighbouring business were open so they could have left them with them or called me as I was inside the building doing paperwork just not open. Today the parcel has been stolen, our customers are waiting on these items and now they have to be reordered and I have to do the paperwork with the company to get credit for these undelivered items. It was reported before to gls that this was happening but no action was taken against the courier to make him stop doing this.
Edit the parcel wasn't actually delivered despite us getting a notification saying it was. We received it the next day.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Package was never delivered by the driver but marked delivered. Reported it . No response back from the driver after customer service told me he would. Asked for the manager to call me and they never got back to me. Customer support honestly sounded like they deal with complaints all the time but no apology, no sympathy, no training. Next time I see GLS as a delivery option I'll pick someone else or pick a different business. A horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

Quick and Professional Service
We purchased two large rugs from Kukoon Rugs in Belfast around 1pm on a Wednesday, and the two rugs were in our house in Dublin by 11am the following day. I was able to track our items at every stage. The person who delivered the rugs was very polite and professional, and took great care with our purchases. We were very happy.

Worse delivery company in whole…
Worse delivery company in whole Ireland, I don't understand why some business still using this company. Parcel sitting in local hub for 3 days, customer service is awful, for 2 days I was waiting on phone more than 20 minutes, being 3rd in the line. Finally got through and they don't even know when parcel going to be delivered.

Impossible to find locations for drop…
Wanted to a make a return and downloaded my return slip, scanned the qr for drop off locations. The map is very difficult to navigate but eventually found a drop off point In Roscrea so drove 24km to find that they don’t take GLS even though they’re listed on the website. Impossible to find locations for drop off for returns. Website map out of date. Very frustrating!!
