Never received my parcel
I got a product delivered message but my product was not delivered to me. I was here all morning when the parcel is shown to have been delivered to me. This is the second time that GLS have done this to me. My house is easy to find and well marked. I never have a problem with deliveries from An Post or DPD.

If I could put zero stars I would
If I could put zero stars I would. Gls received a package for me 7 days ago, every day since they send me an email stating that my package is out for delivery. Today I called again customer service since there are perishable items in the package. They refused to help, they said that the driver didn’t have time to deliver it ( unbelievable) and refused to contact the driver. The person at customer service stated that he doesn’t care about my situation. SHAME

Drop and Run - No Knock!
I am disabled. GLS always knocked on the door until today. No one knocked. They dropped my packages outside my door and I have NO way to get them.

Lack of tracking information on courier website
Lack of tracking information on courier website. Ordered a week ago, Zooplus said dispatched but GLS said not received yet. Today I got emails saying the order was arriving today. The order has arrived but tracking the order progress should be better from GLS.
