Thank you for your patience whilst we corresponded with our carrier as to when your order was to be delivered. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused. I am pleased to see this was delivered shortly after this. Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to resolve this, Edward.

Great products, poor service
Really good products but not great service, paid extra for next day delivery and took the following day off from work to do the works (ran a full new chimney for my pizza oven), various comms to them and in the end refunded the difference between normal and next day delivery yet wasted a day off work...

Rubbish
Rubbish! Had to pay an extra £9.40 on top of a delivery charge already paid as the item was with Royal Mail having not had enough postage paid on it!

Svar fra Glowing Embers
We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused, our parcel carrier mistakenly delivered a cage of parcels meant for Yodel to Royal Mail. Accordingly, they didn't have any Royal Mail labels on, so Royal Mail have been delivering them and charging our customers. This is a very rare and unfortunate event. I am very sorry that your parcel got caught up in this, we have, of course refunded the extra postage paid in full to you.
Brilliant service
Brilliant service. After another company letting me down, i ordered from here. The service was quick and the glass was perfect. Will definitely be using this company in the future.
