I had called out for a service of my boiler, it's brand new anyway, but advised to service every year to keep the warranty going. The gentleman was very helpful, and polite. Always checking in with me and letting me know what he was doing.

Very professional and helpful. Sorted my boiler problem out and completed a service for a very reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation in using Glow again and would highly recommend them.

Arrived when they said they would. Good communication, but we struggled with the AI receptionist!

Jack’s initial visit was very thorough with no pressure.

Particularly impressed that the engineer quickly identified the recurring over pressuring of the boiler and hence cutting off the heating as being down to the expansion vessel behind the boiler being empty, and recharged it.
Slightly disappointed this wasn’t resolved in the past as was mentioned to Glow Heating on more than one occasion before the latest visit.

All the people involved with changing my boiler were pleasant, polite, respectful and got on with the work. Everywhere was tidied up before they left.
