Really great. It's not really their normal work, but I called them in to look at a leak in an old 1970s microbore heating system.

They had it found and fixed in about 2 hours, including patching up the floor. We are planning to demolish the house so Dom was able to advise on the most cost-effective short-term solution - it really only has to last a year!

I have absolutely no doubt who I'll be calling to install the ASHP in the new build.

They provided a friendly and professional service.

In my time of need they delivered a great service. My boiler stopped working after 20+years and I had to buy a new one. City Warmth were great and reviewed what I needed and when the boiler arrived installed it asap - the engineer was superb- he put dust sheets down, worked steadily throughout the day, cleaned up and then spent enough time with me talking through how to use my new boiler. The whole company was faultless - from customer service, keeping me updated and making every step clear. Thank you, I highly recommend.

Calvin turned up this time and did a great job. Very professional, courteous and also helped get in touch with the gas board for the replacement of a faulty piece. I see no reason to go elsewhere.

Responsive, friendly and great advice. Booked me in for a boiler replacement on a SUNDAY to get the job done asap - going above and beyond! Plus there were unexpected complications so probably took a couple more hours than it might have done. The installer took it all in his stride. You can't ask for better service.

I cannot fault this company in any way.
I had to have a new boiler installed as my old back boiler died. Having been so worried as to where a new boiler could be installed. After a survey I was relieved that it could be installed in my airing cupboard although the gas etc had to be rerouted. The work was carried out quickly, everything cleared away afterwards. The engineers were nothing but excellent, worked long hours to get it installed in a day. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Extremely helpful office support.
