7all we have become accustomed to from glow long may it continue

Ever since our service we have a strong smell of diesel fumes in the house whenever the boiler is working .
I am not happy .

They installed a single unit for me. It was done in 6h and looks good. I did have to do some corrections on the wall after they had left (especially after the electrician) and their comms isn't the best so can't give them 5 stars, but I'm happy overall. I will provide pictures if allowed to upload.

I decided a few changes were in the mist, I contacted Glow Group amongst others. Jack came out and gave several quotes with different ideas, nothing was a problem to him. I saw his passion for his brand which I liked. In erly may they installed a boiler and also air conditioning. I can honestly say hats off to all the staff there, very tidy at work and a Smoth delivery of both installs.

Arrived bang on time, did the service with no fuss and was very polite and courteous

Had our boiler put in 3 years ago by Glow. All was done professionally, on time and all clean afterwards.
Just had our 3rd service with them they arrived punctually, did what they had to do, jobs a good en. Will be in touch next year. Trust them 100-%. Thanks Glow.

Brilliant engineer very friendly knows his job well. He commissioned my boiler one year ago in May 2025;. He is a hard act to beat and l want him to service my boiler next year. Top man.
