So I wanted to follow up on my last review for this company. They had many issues with the shipping process for my order but they were able to come back and fix it and even sent me something free for the inconvenience!

Response time was quick! Elyka was able to get the situation handled quickly and in less than 24 hours notification of a refill of my lost purchase was in my inbox.

Unfortunately, the products did not work for me personally. The communication & return process regarding the money back guarantee was a little lengthy, but ultimately I was refunded as promised. I was appreciative of how Rio was very responsive and helpful in Messenger walking me through the return/refund process.

I really do enjoy showering with the Go Melanin soap. At first I didn’t think that I would like it because I only used liquid body soap. But after a couple of times using it, I love the way my skin feels. It’s softer and it doesn’t take much of the body oil to keep it soft and smooth. I will continue to use it.

My skin is clearing up in just a few weeks that I have been using the scrub, oil, and roll on spot remover. I am looking forward to continuing to see what the products do even further down the road.

I’ve been using the Glo Melanin products for about two years now. When I found out that my last shipment was stolen I was upset. However, I had the shipping protection. Rio was a great help in reassuring me that I had nothing to worry about. Rio was communicative, patient and kind throughout the process. I will be placing more orders, not only because the products do work but also because the customer service is A+.

I ordered your product and I have been using it. I did not appreciate being put on an automatic reorder when I am not in need of more products, especially while I am on a fixed income. I order products as I am in need of them. I do not believe that anyone should be made to reorders something from a company that they are NOT in need of. We are living in a time where being wasteful isn't a good thing, and we should be mindful how we use and spend our money. Everyone does not use the products the same and or as much as the next. Let me make the decision to be a repeat customer or not. Have a great summer.

Starting to see results after using for 1 week. Love it

I had an issue with my order so fired off an email for help and within a few hours I had a swift response and solution to my problem. The service response was swift, Rio was very helpful and friendly and within a couple of days my order was with me. I was very impressed by their efforts to solve my issue so quickly!

As for the lip balm and miracle cream, I’m loving them! The lip balm is by far superior to your standard high street (even branded) lip balms and leave my lips feeling well moisturised. The miracle cream is smooth, well absorbing and I don’t need to apply a lot as it spreads so well.

I'm feeling so glo-y today because of RIO! My Melanin bundle experienced a lost through transit and I was feeling down while trying to remain hopeful. Long story short it didn't arrive and I received GLO-Y news that a new order was processed TODAY! Rest assured I was going to repurchase BUT this blessing has made me a LIFETIME customer. Absolutely in Loveee w the Glo Melanin Turmeric,Lemon & Avocado oil lip balm it’s only been 5 days & I see amazing results on my lips of course I was hesitant at first but now I’m truly a Believer!! My lips feels so moisturize soft & hydrating I love it & that’s all day it’s so so so good.I really love the fact that it comes w The GLO Journey a scratch off of each day of my progress really admire that.
