Absolutely terrible! my original booking…
Absolutely terrible my original booking got cancelled last Minute then re booked for later in the weeks then cleaner never showed up to my re book and didn’t even have any notice they were coming when I contacted gleam asking for compensation I got ghosted! Terrible service don’t waste your time with them go with someone else

Multiple no-shows, charged for a missed booking, and support email bouncing back
Have been using Gleam for a few months, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating.
Over this short period, they constantly rotated different cleaners. After experiencing multiple quality issues, I reached out to their support team. They promised to resolve it by upgrading us to a "Premium Service," but the very first cleaner under this new arrangement failed to show up at all.
They then sent another person who managed to come initially, but this past Saturday, they pulled yet another no-show—no message, no call, and zero communication. To make matters worse, I discovered today that they have actually charged my card for this missed 3-hour booking.
When I tried to email them about a refund and cancel our arrangement, my email bounced back with a delivery failure notice because their customer support mailbox is full ("Quota exceeded").
Avoid this company!

Dissapointing Cleaning Service
We had three booking with two different cleaners. Ver poor standard of cleaning on all occasions. Basic failure to understand cleaning techniques and materials. Poor outcome. I had to clean after the cleaner left. Difficult to communicate with company and no refund yet despite "satisfaction garantee".

Excellent cleaner. Professional, got to work immediately. Lulia was very fast and efficient for the time allocated. Good flexibility and rates, good to have choice of one off clean for smaller properties.

We look forward to seeing you again soon. There are a number of Gleam cleaner services you may find useful in future including the ability to make one off or recurring bookings, as well as Specialist Moving (Tenancy) and SOS (Last Minute) Cleaning. We have also recently launched two new fantastic offerings; 'Gleam Express', for those who rent out on AirBnB etc and need regular tidying/cleans for next guests as well as 'Gleam for Business', specialising in small business settings such as offices, show rooms, galleries and retail outlets.
FYI we're a new start up, available across London and the UK, so if you're ever chatting to friends and they're looking for a new cleaner, we'd love it if you could refer them on to us (you can benefit too - www.gleam.cleaning/referrals). Gleam Cleaners are ridiculously passionate about cleaning and although, on the rare occasion a customer may not be happy with their cleaner, we recognise that cleaning is a very personal thing and the relationship customers have with their cleaner is so important. So we'll put every effort in to setting our users up with the right cleaner first time.
