Unreliable and I would not recommend
I arranged for this company to provide a cleaning service for my elderly parents who live in northern ireland. The manager Ms Magee spent almost two hours with my parents arranging the contract, unfortunately when my parents requested some assistance from her she did not respond. My parents experience has been disappointing. On only the second visit the cleaner didn't turn up at the allocated time and after waiting in for approximately an hour the cleaner had still not arrived. When my parents rang the manager ms magee, she text to say she would call and then never did. It's important to know a company and it's employees especially those providing a service to elderly parents are reliable and honest. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially those who are vulnerable.,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your parents' disappointing experience with Time For You Belfast.
We completely understand how important reliability and good communication are, particularly when arranging a cleaning service for elderly family members. We are concerned to hear that your parents felt let down, and this is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide.
We take feedback of this nature very seriously and would welcome the opportunity to look into the circumstances further. I have requested some more details from you but if you prefer please contact our Head Office team at headoffice@uk.timeforyou.cleaning so we can investigate your concerns.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Surbiton branch frequent cancellations
Surbiton branch. In less than 6 months we had around as many or more different cleaners. Only one was really good but decided to leave, the rest were from decent to bad. There were very frequent last minute cancellations and replacements. The agency was communicating in advance, but can't really trust this type of service. I need a regular cleaner. I finally cancelled and still waiting for my refund. I wouldn't recommend it unfortunately

Hi Marina
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your experience with our Surbiton branch did not meet your expectations.
We completely understand that consistency and reliability are important when arranging a regular cleaning service. As our cleaners are self-employed, their availability and personal circumstances can sometimes change unexpectedly.
While we always endeavour to arrange suitable replacements promptly and keep our clients informed, we appreciate that having several different cleaners is not the experience you had hoped for.
We are pleased that you found one of your cleaners particularly good and are disappointed that we were unable to provide the long-term consistency you were looking for.
Regarding your refund, as previously confirmed, this will be processed within the 14-day time frame advised.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best for the future.

Good Governance
Selected Time For You after reviewing several other companies because their working philosophy matched what we were looking for and we felt confident that their governance was robust. This was confirmed by very good reviews and after face to face discussion with Gill Stock their representative.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
Having spoken with Nathan, our understanding is that he simply contacted you to ask whether it would be possible to reschedule your registration meeting. We’re sorry if this caused any inconvenience or frustration, as this was certainly not the intention.
We always aim to provide a friendly and professional service from the very first point of contact and are disappointed that, on this occasion, you felt your experience fell short of this.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Cleaner was good at her job but showed up a handful of times over a period of months. Every week was a different excuse. The company did zero management of the situation. Eventually we cancelled the service and have yet to receive the refund that was agreed for the advance payment. We now have a lovely, reliable cleaner we found ourselves. Would never recommend this service to anyone.

Hi Caitlin
We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to arrange suitable replacements, a number of cleaners did not work out, and we completely understand how frustrating the lack of consistency must have been for you.
A refund was agreed, including the one-month notice period, and we can confirm that this has now been sent to your account. There was a short delay while we waited to receive the bank details needed to process the payment, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We’re sorry that we weren’t able to provide the reliable, consistent service you were looking for, but we’re pleased to hear that you have now found a cleaner who is working well for you and wish you all the best.

I've been working with Time for You…
I've been working with Time for You Blackburn with Darwen for about six months now, and it's been brilliant from the start! Nick and Naomi are fantastic to work with. Unlike other companies I’ve tried in the past, they actually have plenty of steady work for me and there’s more if I want it! The hours are flexibile and I can work around school. As a self-employed cleaner it’s great having them find clients for me. Also if I ever need time off, they sort out cover for my clients. On top of that their communication is fantastic. They are supportive, reassuring, and always on the other side of the phone when I need them :)

Hi Heather
Thank you so much for such a lovely review! 😊
It’s fantastic to hear how much you’ve enjoyed working with Nick and Naomi over the past six months and, in particular, that you’ve been able to enjoy plenty of steady work while still having the flexibility to fit it around school and family life.
Nick and Naomi work really hard to support the self-employed cleaners they introduce to clients, so they’ll be delighted to hear your kind words about their communication and support.
Thank you for being part of the Time For You Blackburn!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with Time For You Thames Valley and apologise for any inconvenience or frustration caused.
Unfortunately, due to ill health, the franchisee who operated the Thames Valley area has now had to terminate their franchise. We appreciate that this does not change the experience you had, but we hope it provides some context around the circumstances.
We’re sorry that we weren’t able to provide the level of service we would normally expect and wish you all the very best.
