My experience was great! They replied fast, weren’t rude, and were very helpful. They apologized for not being able to accept my request, and explained why instead of just scooting me along!

Bestelling niet ontvangen
Bestelling geplaatst op 7 december en tot vandaag nog altijd niets ontvangen.
Ik heb inmiddels zes keer gemaild en meerdere berichten gestuurd via Instagram DM, maar nooit een antwoord gekregen. Ondertussen blijven ze wel actief posten op Instagram, wat laat zien dat ze klanten bewust negeren.
Geen communicatie, geen service en geen respect voor de klant!!

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met Gisou. Bestelling geplaatst op 17 december en tot op vandaag nog steeds niets ontvangen. Meerdere keren contact opgenomen, maar ik krijg geen enkele reactie. Slechte klantenservice en totaal geen opvolging. Dit verwacht je niet van zo’n merk.
No replies/ awful service
Ordered product on 22nd November. Heard nothing for a couple weeks, decided to email them. They responded saying the delivery address was invalid. I re-sent the address and heard nothing again. Christmas passed and never received the package nor an update on the delivery. Emailed twice asking for an update and heard nothing. Only when I raised with my bank for a chargeback claim did they finally message to say about the refund being accepted. Never using them again

No one of the customer service answers my emails.
Order not delivered and no response for 3 weeks
I ordered as a Christmas gift for a family member on the 14th December, their website stated that orders should be made by the 17th December to guarantee Christmas delivery. It is now the 5th January and my order hasn’t even been dispatched, never mind delivered.
I reached out to Gisou customer service via email and via instagram and now have 5 messages which have been completely ignored with no response and they don’t have a UK customer service number to contact. Disappointed and frustrated at the lack of response and lack of goods that I’ve paid for.

In augustus heb ik een bestelling geplaatst bij Gisou en tot heden niets ontvangen. Er werd niet gereageerd op mijn mails en heb vandaag een mail ontvangen dat mijn bestelling "bezorgd" is, wat helemaal niet het geval is. Want ik heb maanden lang de update van bestelling bekeken en mijn bestelling was nooit verzonden. En nu zij eindelijk op mijn mail kunnen reageren hebben zij er maar van gemaakt dat mij bestelling vandaag bij mij afgeleverd zou zijn? Heel apart, ik ben echt geduldig geweest in de hoop dat zij de klanten tevreden kunnen stellen door toch mijn bestelling te verzenden of een terugbetaling.
Maar nee er wordt gewoon vanuit het bedrijf gelogen, heel jammer en totaal niet integer.

I had to return a few things I got I shipped those back never hear anything about my refund so I emailed Gisou twice they never even tried to reply I ended up having to file a claim through PayPal to get my money back a month later because no one actually wanted to help me I will never purchase from Gisou again because of this experience

J’ai envoyé un mail au service client sur leur mail donné sur le site qui est bien parti depuis le 19/12/2025, à la réception de mon colis. Car en effet, dans ma commande j’ai acheté une de leur bougie à la rose qui est arrivée complètement brisée le pot. Elle est donc en mille morceaux et inutilisable. J’attendais une solution de la part de Gisou. On est actuellement le 02/01/2026. Je n’ai eu aucune nouvelles malgré 3 mails différents. Le service client est déplorable et ne rembourse pas ses clients. J’ai été dans l’obligation le 27 d’ouvrir un litige PayPal.

Had an issue with the honey infused lip oil but the customer service was honestly fantastic. It’s the 1st of Jan so I really wasn’t expecting a response but I emailed anyway thinking they may get back next week or so but I received a response within about an hour and the adviser, Gigi, was absolutely lovely, instantly fixed the issue, validated the issue and explained prevention for the future. I am so grateful and has made me love the brand more :) x

Ik heb op 20 november een bestelling gedaan bij gisou en nog steeds niks ontvangen. Ik heb een paar keer gemaild met de klantenservice en 1 x een reactie gehad, maar daarna niks meer gehoord. Ik wacht nog steeds op mijn bestelling of anders mijn geld terug. Ik ga niks meer bestellen bij dit bedrijf.
