My experience was great! They replied fast, weren’t rude, and were very helpful. They apologized for not being able to accept my request, and explained why instead of just scooting me along!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Having the same issue as many others, poor customer service. Returned products at the end of Dec - tracked and shows received on 2nd Jan 2026, no refund and I’ve emailed their customer service a few times to find out what’s happening and have received no response
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. My order arrived damaged and 1 items was missing. After my inquiry they only sent me an email with questions. After I delivered all the relevant info (including pictures); it’s completely silent on their side. They don’t care to respond at all. DONT ORDER HERE IF YOU EXPECT ANY KIND OF SERVICE!!!

If I could give a zero star I would. I just read through several of the customer reviews and I too have experienced zero customer service. I have purchased products in excess of $100 I have no response from their customer service team after numerous emails. After reading the below reviews I am going to contact my credit card company tomorrow and see if there is any way that I can get some type of refund. This is highly disappointing. I have bought from other skin and hair care companies and never have experienced such lack of customer support. Never again will I buy from this company. Basically, I feel like I just threw over $100 away. I strongly agree with the other reviewers in that I strongly feel that this is probably a scam company, taking our money and then never sending the products.
Damaged and no response
Ordered a product that was delivered damaged, I have complained three times and not heard a word back - absolutely not good enough for what they are charging. Do not order from here.

Die Seite ist so konzipiert, dass man leicht fehlerhaft ein Abo abschließt. Dann gibt es keinen Kündigungsbutton, sondern man muss eine E-Mail schreiben. Diese ist bei mir seit 5 Tagen unbeantwortet!
My order never arrived/slow customer service
My order never arrived, waited 3 months (order was placed November 24) Contacted customer service 4 times. Told me to want. Told me I will get a free product for the inconvenience. Nothing ever arrived. Waited weeks before they wrote back. THEN! The same day I told them to F off and give me my money back they magically answered. THE SAME DAY! So Gisou, I politely want to tell you, you suck!

Ik heb op 01/12/2025 een bestelling gedaan van meer dan 100 euro. De producten zijn echter nooit binnengekomen. Meerdere malen geprobeerd contact op te nemen met de klantenservice maar tot op heden nog geen enkele keer antwoord ontvangen...

Really really really bad customer service!! Dont buy form this brand, at december i bought around 50€ hair care producs, then at january i see messege that i have made order?! Wtf then i go and see they have took money from my bank account i have send messeges and mails to them THEY DO NOT ANSWER very very very unsatisfied dont recommend this brand just buy from someone else but not gisou they are scammers.

Producten zijn goed maar zeer ontevreden over de customer service. Ik bestelde producten op 19/11 2025 en ontving het vandaag op 24/01/2026.
Vooral de tijd die voorbijgaat vooraleer je een reactie krijgt op je mail is niet oké.
Ze antwoorden vriendelijk op je mail maar nadien kan je weer een week wachten op een volgende reactie.
Waarschijnlijk zijn ze overbevraagd maar dat wil niet zeggen dat dit een goede service is.
Slechtste klantenservice dat ik ooit heb ervaren.
Feels worse than an actual scam...
I would like to start this review by saying this is the most underwhelming disappointing and down right suspicious company I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Terrible customer service a supply chain apparently ran by toddlers or the blind because I genuinely don't understand how can be a 10 year old company who found "success" over 5 years ago and still can't apparently deal with simple international shipping. Yet my own boyfriend can order repackage and ship and order from the UK in less time than it takes you to reply to an email. The unprofessionalism is genuinely disheartening and I would not recommend getting anything from their online store unless you like no communication no products and deflecting the conversation when you do finally speak to someone they just say "oh well because of our such loved honey bs we're having trouble with our shipping" do you have a logistics manager at all or is this still ran by 3 women in a basement I'm confused.

« Votre colis de retour a été livré à Gisou. Vous recevrez votre argent sur votre compte dans un délai de 14 jours ouvrables. »
À ce jour, le délai de 14 jours ouvrables est dépassé, et je n’ai toujours reçu ni remboursement ni réponse à mes précédents emails.
I purchased some Gisou products during…
I purchased some Gisou products during Black Friday as a gift for a friend, and to this day, I haven’t received any information about my order. There’s been no shipping update and no communication whatsoever.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and have not received a single response, which is incredibly frustrating, especially for a brand of this caliber.
I want to clarify that I love Gisou products and have always thought highly of their quality. However, my experience buying from their website has been terrible.
Honestly, I cannot recommend purchasing from their online store: you’ll get frustrated and there’s a high chance your order might never arrive, with no support if something goes wrong.
It’s a shame because the products themselves are great, but their customer service and order management leave a lot to be desired.

I'll never order here again. Placed an order on 10.12.2025 - it still hasnt been delivered. After trying to contact the customer service with over 8 emails they send me a fraudulent tracking link saying my order was delivered. It has not. Again trying to contact their customer service and no reply. This is almost criminal. Worst experience
