UK lads, I really recommend GIG for your car insurance. Mahfouz Khalil sorted it out quickly and efficiently with comprehensive insurance for my Audi Q5. Sorted in 10 mins.

Disappointed with GIG’s handling of my renewal. My payment was voided because I’m “an existing customer through AFIA BROKER,” and I was redirected to the broker instead of having the renewal managed directly by GIG. Refund was issued, but there was no upfront disclosure before taking the payment, and I still haven’t received a second response outlining how I can remove or change the broker on my policy. This feels opaque and inconvenient for customers who prefer a direct relationship with the insurer. Please provide a clear, documented process to service my policy directly—or a simple, step-by-step broker-removal option—and respond promptly so I can complete my renewal without unnecessary detours. I will update this review if the service improves.

Taken health insurance unfortunately from them on a premium coverage for our company. All basic tests which gets approved for construction works don’t get approved even after paying a huge price. Never recommend them and will use them ever. Flu swab also get rejected after doctors say it is suspected flu. Sad
