Very easy to navigate website. Easy to get quote. Odd that once you have your quote you have to fill in all the details again but it's easy so not a huge issue.

I'm having an annual health insurance plan with Expatriate, so far so good. I had 2 claims up to now, a preventive one and an illness one, and the process was every time very smooth with excellent responsiveness from the customer service and payments paid in a matter of a couple of days. For now, I am very satisfied.

The process of applying for expatriate travel insurance on line was straightforward and clear and I completed the process with all documents supplied in a short space of time.

Of course I have not had to make a claim - and very much hope not to - so we trust that in the unlikely event that we need to make a claim that the process will be as straight forward as buying the insurance!!

Recently, I had a complicated claim with Expatriate Group. Initially, there were some issues, but Karen and her staff dealt with it in a professional manner. Communication was courteous and straightforward, and they took my issues seriously. Eventually, they arrived at a reasonable settlement and the reimbusrement was processed quite quickly. After going through this process with Expatriate Group, in my opinion, my issue has been treated relatively equitably; hence Expatriate Group can be recommended regarding follow-up and complaint resolution.

The costumer service is easily available and helpful, both during my purchase and when I had problems with pasword to read the documents.

They asked the site to delete my comment that exposed their method of rejecting claims. Unfortunately, this is expected behavior from an insurance company with bad faith. In my opinion, all the positive comments are fake and untrue.

The site is easy to navigate and see various options. Form is simple to complete. Payment process fast. Policy emailed to me immediately. I have used this company before. I recommend them for travel insurance.

As others no doubt have mentioned, 'the proof of the pudding is in the eating' especially with insurance, and I have fortunately never had to claim. Ordering the insurance was quick and simple. The price is reasonable. Of course the proof is really in the pudding. Insurance companies are quick to take your money but you only know how good they really are when you make a claim. Fortunately, we have not had to do so for this trip, so, I suppose we can give them the benefit of the doubt.
As expats who live in different countries to our nationality, even getting insurance is a bonus, so with that in mind, it is reassuring to be able to get insurance in the first place.
A better product would be one that in the event of a claim the customer could opt to be repatriated to a country or their choice.
