Awful water flosser. Shoots water everywhere-broken or something wrong with the magnetic closure. They have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can’t return it without them getting involved and they won’t reply to my return request, as promised. Their chat is a joke.

Quip was great until what should have been the simple process of changing my address. They never shipped to my new address, kept charging me, and all attempts to rectify the situation have been met with the horrifyingly frustrating experience of trying to communicate with some live chat non-human bot, with no option to speak to an actual person. What kind of company offers no human customer service?

I love the toothbrush and the quarterly new head and battery. Love how portable the brush is.
The tape strip to attach the brush case to a surface is a good idea but isn't functional for multiple uses.
Their customer support of subscribers is excellent. The two issues I've had were resolved quickly and generously.
I really like the look of these toothbrushes, it looks super sleek.
But that’s the only thing going for quip.
The actual toothbrush is garbage. And it’s such cheap quality. When I replaced the head it never sat right and kept popping off. And the customer support is nonexistent.

I ordered one of their toothbrushes and what I received came without a box or instructions, just a note saying that they hope I'm satisfied with my replacement. Why a replacement? I was a first time customer. So I checked and found that they currently have no phone support--only email and live chat. Their "live chat" turned out to be a chat bot with very limited capability, so I sent them an email instead. I told them that I didn't care about not receiving my brush in a box, all I wanted were the instructions and could they please just attach a copy to an email for me.
It doesn't sound difficult right? Not like rocket science, right?
A day later I received an email saying that they'd be happy to send me a brand new toothbrush if I take pictures of the packaging my replacement brush came in and send them by email. I told them that the toothbrush had no packaging, it just came in an envelope, and that I didn't want a new one anyway--all I wanted were the instructions and could they please attach them as a file to an email and send them to me.
A day later I received the reply that "This is not a normal situation" and that my issue was being escalated to another team. As of yet I have heard nothing further from them. How ridiculous is this? You can't think outside the box just a little bit, say to yourself "All this guy needs to be happy is a pdf copy of the instructions," and then email them to me? Sheesh.
Anyway, I tried their toothbrush and it was underwhelming to say the least, so now I have an awesome Oral-B. My advice to anyone reading this is that they avoid this quip crap.
EDIT: Today (11/28/22) I received an email from quip saying that at present they do not have their 'welcome material' in a form that can be attached to an email. I wondered what's stopping them from picking up a smartphone, taking pictures of that material, and attaching them to an email. Oh well. I may be stuck with an over-priced, ineffective yet stylish toothbrush but at least this customer service experience is now hopefully behind me.
Toothbrush is meh.. the whole head vibrates but not the bristles so I'm not sure how much it cleans your teeth, but my husband uses it. HATE their customer service! They are the worst! Rude and gives wrong information and make it seem like it's your fault when an email clearly shows it! The website is dumb because there's no way to edit or cancel the order - you always have to keep calling them and their representatives are horrible!!!
Quip is a simple, compact, and very efficient vibrating toothbrush. My teeth feel "dentist office" clean after brushing. The 2-minute timer with 30-second pauses are great for building good habits. My quip, however, is intermittent, and stops most times before completing it's full cycle.
Not the same as it used to be. I joined trust pilot just to voice my frustration. I had a quip for years; replaced the brush heads, battery, etc. regularly and about a year or so ago, the motor died. I sent the pictures in, got a new one, and now this one works on & off - not the battery. If you want to make more money, quip, don’t lower the quality. I’d pay more to have a better toothbrush that lasted longer.
Horrible customer service. Sent an email and a DM on IG nearly a month ago. No responses. My 2nd toothbrush broke. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
I really like the toothbrush for my daughters the timer is an awesome addition along with the toothpaste. I just dislike that online app does not have the ability to log on for more than one child or profile. This is upsetting to my daughters:
All is good until it no longer works. Then 3 emails later with customer service and sending pics you don’t hear from them again and they no longer answer your emails. Don’t fall for their easy replacement.

I have wanted a quip toothbrush but am on a fixed income and could not budget it. I received a toothbrush for Christmas; however, my only complaint is that the quip toothpaste was 'complimentary', but when I mentioned I did not want the toothpaste, the generated information said I would get $5 off for the quip toothpaste on my next refill. So, the toothpaste isn't complimentary, is it?
Other than that, which was easily resolved, I love my quip toothbrushes (my husband gave me his and now one is strictly for travel and the other I use every dayl).
Horrid.The product is okay, a cheap electric vibrating toothbrush.
Their shipping process however, is dreadful, it normally takes almost a month for an order to process, I have received only 1 refill in the last year, despite this, their customer service has been unwilling to refund my card for the missing refills.
I cancelled my account and was still charged for my next refill, which took 3.5 weeks to arrive (humorously the only one that arrived in 2022). When emailing to reverse this, they show me the extra step I needed to complete to fully stop the refill, what a joke.
Their customer service is terrible. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016. A year ago I purchased a second brush and it broke in less than a year. When I looked into my account I also noticed I had been charged double for my refills the past 3 times. I explained several times that I was charged double but never recieved extra brushes. They refuse to give me $15 in credits for 3 refills I didn’t recieve. Apparently I had 3 refill plans active for 2 brushes - which I’m not sure how that even happened but $15 is worth losing a customer that’s never once brought an issue to them in 6 years.
Delivery was a great option for the refill and new battery!! I have been using Quip for 6 months now and I am smiling!
I was an early adopter of the Quip model several years ago and even purchased several for family members. Enjoyed the experience initially. However, over last 12-14 months, I have had to replace toothbrush 3 times as they just stop working with any consistency. Too expensive to not have work as a quality product. Travel toothpaste refill is a scam unless you travel all the time. Better products on the market for less.
I have been using quip for about 6 months now and really feel like my teeth are getting cleaner since using their products. My last visit to the dentist they did say that my teeth look good which is normal but I still feel like they are getting cleaner.
Good luck using the warranty if you can’t find the receipt for a £40 toothbrush over 2 years after you bought it
I love the toothbrush and toothpaste. But I will say this is my second toothbrush in 12 months because the battery operation stops working even when batteries are changed.
