Awesome fast customer service. Best ive ever seen

Device doesent hold a charge very long after charging on the stand. Was sent a new stand, tha wasnt the issue. The battery is losing its charge within 20 minutes of being used. New charging stand came though...

Worst shaving product I have ever used. Lawn Mower 5.0 Ultra blades cover broke off multiple times when I was shaving and luckily I was able to turn it off right before it could have become dangerous. Also nose trimmer randomly stopped working. They sent me new ones as part of warranty but since warranty is over and even the ones they sent as part of warranty are broken I will be looking for products from another company.

With great machinery...and time and knowledge of the "machines"...you create great work...which of course in this case, you end up looking "good"!

So far it’s been a good trimmer with key features I was looking for.

The customer service was fantastic! I had an old trimmer that suddenly stopped charging and when I asked if I could purchase a new charging cable they readily sent a new one. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong cable, but I ended up buying another new manscaped to continue supporting a business that actually tried to take care of a customer with an issue.

Super helpful prodcut support team that responded to my concerns quickly. Love all their products I have purchased so far!

Support was easy to access. The people that helped me were able to resolve my issue and the customer service was excellent. They did not give me the run around.

Got a full replacement for my charger I bought several years ago, no questions asked, in a timely manner.

My experience was great. I contacted customer service for assistance regarding a damaged shaver. I was assisted by the representative via email to correct the issue that I was having.

Two beard hedgers malfunctioned: one in three months; the replacement in four weeks. No replacement was available thereafter because of company protocol. A warranty is worthless, if the company’s protocol negates it. Your dishonesty has lost you a customer and earned you his ill will.

The USB cord with proprietary plug went bad.
Manscaped sent me the wrong one, twice.
I was told they no longer sell the correct replacement and was sent an Amazon link.
Hey Manscaped, you can shove that link up your freshly shorn behind.
You lost me as a future customer and affiliate.
