Takes 5x as long to brush your teeth and doesn't seems t to clean well. Unless I am missing something I would not purchase again.

From the website, to the packaging and the actual product, I was and am still very satisfied. If Rolls Royce made a toothbrush, it would be Suri. I also love their toothpaste, does the job and the design of the cap is vibes

My replacement heads came right on time. The Suri has been a game-changing experience for my mouth health.

i like the brush, the bristles are not as soft as i’d like, and the color isn’t ‘canyon sunrise’ soft orange/peach, it’s pink. but i’ll keep it, and see how my teeth are at my next 6 month checkup!

I have loved my toothbrush for over a year and now updated it to the new version. I like the the way you can just change the heads with no problem and also when you take your brush away, you can edit to the box and it will clean it gives you confidence to use it next time.

We’ve ordered 3 toothbrushes now and had a problem with one of them turning on randomly.

Contacted Suri and they immediately sent out a replacement free of charge.

I’ve never been a fan of electric toothbrushes but when I googled which is the best, this one came up and when it came, the packaging was nice and it was well presented in the box, easy instruction and definitely a pleasure to use! I’m glad I came across this toothbrush, it’s not too hard to your teeth and doesn’t feel like your brushing your teeth forever which I found it felt with others.

I've been using my SURI toothbrush for years. I love this toothbrush and have 2 others in a drawer I don't like as much. The customer service at SURI is the absolute BEST.
