The front desk clerk at check-in David! He was phenomenal and the Sales Representative Cynthia at Westgate timeshare presentation was Stellar! Customer service at Westlake Resort & Spa is top tier, not to mention the entire property.

Customer service at the welcome center was not helpful and rude … our Tv stayed on for 2 days we didn’t know how to shut it off the elevator stopped working and there was no sign up we was on the 6th floor and had to bring our luggage down all them floors and the telephone didn’t work

The call rep was very informative and patient although we was in a time frame , will be booking more soon .

Tried booking a stay with them because of a Facebook promotion called to confirm room had to do a whole survey. Which was not a requirement on the promotion then take all my information tell me based on my fico score I do not qualify for their promotion. Then when asked why my fico score was viewed the costumer service lady got very rude with me then as I was trying to ask her about the deal immediately hung up on me. Very unprofessional behavior and customer service

I called and kept getting different answers. I tried to change my package. I paid more but I never got a confirmation nor a email where I upgraded my room. But it took my payment

Booking through getawaydeals was amazing get there you get a hotel standard room with microwave and fridge. You have to call the the front desk for the maids to clean your room so we didn’t get a room clean while we were there but one maid did give us a few fresh towels. Water pressure sucks took me 20 mins to rinse my hair out. But for a cheap price it’s suitable just got to make the best out of it. The 90 mins presentation does not start until the person who’s assigned to you opens their book so skip breakfast and don’t ask questions just let them say what they got to say and after 90 mins simply tell them you can’t afford the down deposit. I was down at the beach with one of the hotel chairs they let you use a guy came down and he snatched it up threw out stuff on the ground waisted my $15 drink I told him I would bring it back up he didn’t care. Shops are all close by a lot of things to do around there. Hot tub was hot which I liked pools where nice and temperature was good. The step to the balcony was high so please be careful when you go out.
