Great experience absolutely beautiful resort.

While the deal I got was attractive, I happen to see better deal for same location and same number of days that was never brought to my attention during my interaction with the agent.

The price was great, the staff mostly friendly, we wanted to learn more about time shares and look into buying one but the 90 minute tour took exactly 7 hours on our wedding anniversary (which we kept reminding them) and the only day of our trip that it didn’t rain so we had no time for anything every time we wanted to leave this excruciating experience we were told we’d be fined $500 if we didn’t keep sitting there. Also there were so many dogs at the resort it was like sleeping inside a dog park, the smells and the constant noise was awful. Starbucks inside the resort was a plus however during the rain and storms there are no indoor pools or hot tubs and there were no activities besides the arcade or game room.

I love how detailed the customer service was answered. Every question was very very patient because I was very skeptical about the offer. we getting ready to go in nine days? I’m so excited. I’ll give another review then.

This company requires you to go to a seminar, convincing you to buy something similar to a timeshare. If you tell them you are not interested, they are mean, nasty, and they threaten to make you pay for the resort in full even though you met the requirements to get the discounted package. The person that I had name was Marcus; he said the most meanest, nastiest things to me. This is not the first time that I have heard these people were completely ruthless. Just be prepared when you go in there and make sure you have a backbone. They will literally try to bully you. The resort was beautiful and it was everything that they said, but telling them know it’s the hardest part and they have you at the convention for 2 1/2 hours. Tell you it’s only gonna be 60 minutes.

When I went online to book with getaway deals it said a 1 bed room for $149 or something like that but when I talked to the guy at the end of everything he said all they had was a studio and I'm just not happy with that I need a one bedroom with a balcony and the fireplace That's what I thought I was calling to book for my family and I feel like had to take the studio because the promotion was ending or the rooms were all of a sudden sold out but that's not what I wanted I already have to sit thur a seminar, so I thought they would accommodate us like they advertise online but I guess I will see how a studio will be for my family of 4 during Xmas week smh

Did not advertise there was a 90 minute meeting. I needed 3 rooms Hard for them to give me pricing.

HORRIBLE reps. I just got off the phone with them trying to ask about the details of the promotion. The lady transferred me to customer service which were closed. Then I called right back asking the same question and the Hispanic man told me to look on the website for the information because this was the sales department. I asked if he can just give me some details about this promotion since the customer service is closed and he started giving me the basic info and then asked right away for my contact Information. I told him I don’t want to secure anything yet I’m just calling to get details first. He said “then if you don’t want to give me your information then why would I give you our information?” I was baffled, and told him that I’m literally just trying to get the details to see if we should book, I don’t want to put in my I formation yet because I need to speak to everyone else to see if they like the details first. He repeated and said if I don’t want to give my Information then he’s not going to give his information and rudely said that I can find the information on the internet and then hung up. What the absolute fck?
