This company has been extremely helpful from the moment I bought an item from them - They have a wassap number where you can easily contact them with any questions and you will receive a response straight away. They have gone above & behind to help make sure I received my parts down to the owner of the company actually personally delivering the part himself to me.

I would recommend German Car parts to anyone looking to buy a part for their car!

Professional from the start! I contacted German Parts regarding a headlight for my bmw 5 series, my passenger side headlight was suffering with the typical condensation issue, BMW main agent have been useless and unfortunately do not cover this under warranty due to the age of the vehicle.

Lucky enough German Parts supplied me with a brand new genuine headlight complete for an amazing price, I received my order within 5 days and everything is now working as it should, when the drivers side goes I know exactly where to come to now! Thank you again guys!

I ordered a new headlight for my Audi A4, best price I could find especially for a new headlight. The headlight came within a week, packed very carefully. I contacted German Parts as the shipping status was stuck on processing and Emily the Logistics Manager was very helpful and prompt with replies.

From start to finish excellent service and products, purchased 2 BMW 5 series adaptive headlights from German Parts back in early December, the headlights had to come from there main warehouse in Germany, I was given a rough delivery time of 4-7 working days, from the day I placed the order to the day I received it they always kept me updated via email and WhatsApp!

The headlights were brand new and at such a competitive price compared to the main dealer, saved me a fortune!

Poor service, did not deliver part, answer messages or take responsibility when calling to find out where parts were. Happened more than once on two separate items. Lots of 'stories' about delays. They did refund but didn't try to sort the issues, customer service/communication was poor when trying to find a solution, "not my job" attitude. Caused delays to a job, costing time and money. Don't usually review businesses but was shocked by their casual attitude and not wanting repeat business.
Update: They do know who I am as they have just emailed a sarcastic message directly to me.

I needed a replacement headlight unit for my 520d 2012 model due to water/condensation problems. My garage advised me not to fit an aftermarket part but the dealership price for a BMW part was eyewatering!
German Parts knew all about the issues with these and were able to advise and get me a genuine part at a competitive price, which is now fitted and working.
I dealt with experienced and helpful staff and would recommend.

Second time using German Parts. Purchased tail light for Mercedes C Class 2019. Part was sourced for me upon request. Collected it and had it fitted within the hour, all working and perfect fit! The service was great, quick and easy. Great guys working in the business, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend for parts.

These guys are really friendly when you’re buying , but if your unfortunate enough to have to call them for any reason after you’ve paid there totally different people like jeckel & hide , so arrogant and dismissive, the light come slightly broken and one guy said once it’s fitted and working ok give me a call and ile give you a good will gesture , so i called and was told don’t know who would say that we don’t offer that , also the lights don’t come fully loaded on the outside,, so any rubbers brackets clips etc have to be taken off your original light , you guys need to sort out your attitudes, seems you’ve got to a place where you think your above people, in reply to your reply you shouldn’t advertise your personal number on your website if you don’t want people to phone you on this , it’s not like you state this is a personal number so don’t call on it , unless you’re buying that is , and has for my 5 reviews I’ve given over many many years that’s just facts of what has happened , that’s the whole idea of trust pilot isn’t it , and has for your lights been brand new you should stop misleading people because there not like main dealership brand new , they are refurbished hence the cheaper price

They were able to supply a BMW part that was not available from genuine suppliers and we had been waiting months. They were quick to respond to any problems by phone or text and were very helpful.
