Telefonisch überhaupt nicht erreichbar. Per Email wird was versprochen was nicht eingehalten wird. Für fehlende Teile einer Bestellung warte ich noch bis heute .Also der Kundenservice ist katastrophal. Sehr schade

They initially quoted a 10-day delivery time over the phone for a non-stock headlamp. However, after waiting for 18 days and still not receiving the item, they were unable to provide a definite delivery date. To make matters worse, they refused to allow a cancellation or issue a refund. It appears that their terms and conditions differ from what is communicated over the phone. This experience highlights the discrepancy between their sales pitch and actual policies. Overall, this company seems unreliable and deceptive. I will not be using their services again.

Ordered from these guys the part that I couldn’t find and also at a really good price with a january sale discount. They answered my phone calls and informed me about tracking regarding my parcel ! Will use them in future for sure ! Thank you !!

Ordered a pair of replacement LED headlight units for my Audi A3. I received good comms from the guys at German Parts, including them checking comparability for me. OEM parts I ordered arrived well packaged with quick shipping. Received some helpful advice about coding etc after I had received the units. Considering the price I paid for these units was significantly less than dealer pricing, I couldn’t fault my experience with German Parts at all.

Ordered a headlight for my bmw 5 series last year there was delivery issues with the headlights but not everyone’s perfect especially our couriers company’s in the uk

One the headlight arrived it was fitted to the car and the beam projection image was kicking the wrong way (unless your in Europe) called them told them had a mate drive to their offices to collect a new one installed on the car took to bmw for coding and kept coming up with all the faults indicator side/day time light fault headlight fault contacted them after bmw said it was a dodgy headlight every time I called them went to voicemail or would be told I would get a call back from the CEO never heard anything then the warranty of 6 months ran out and now I have to buy another unit to get the car through and MOT anther 1000 pounds out the window just have the car on the road as they supplied a European headlight

Even to this day after paying for 3 bmw specialist and 2 days at 1 bmw main dealer and 1 day at another bmw still doesn’t working correctly only works when it wants to

Ordered a headlamp for my Audi.
Superb customer service , as I did enquire about it through their website contact me box . They called me back the next morning with all the information needed. The process was smooth and my order arrived within a week ( Brexit baby ).
the headlamp was correct model for my car unfortunately it came in two inside colours and I got the wrong one .
Customer service was brilliant they quickly found the right part, sent the incorrect back and got the right OEM part within couple days.
There was brilliant communication from German car parts and I would highly recommend them .

i will explain why.. on date of 7th november ive been ordered a fuel tank for my husband's car. purchase smooth, person which i spoke, polite. thumbs up
contacted them after purchase because i was worried paypal didnt made change about my last name(on app was still maiden name), gentleman told me wont be a problem.
on friday contacted and asked when will be dispatched, answer was on monday (11th)due size. Alright, i understood that.
came the day of tuesday, no details of displatched track, contacted them. said if they dont give me any details about, im cancelling the purchase, i needed asap since car was in garage waiting part.
answer about 6-7pm, said that item been dispatched as promised. that i will get the details next day..
wednesday(13th) got email with track details, entered on link, no history, spoke with ParcelForce, said they dont have any details, parcel haven't been sent 🤯
contacted next moment the seller, said again that parcel been sent as promised also other 50 parcels dropped
later before going to sleep, when i have been checked again, to SEE that parcel been dispatched on wed(13th) not on monday(11th) as YOU promised.
I got it today(15th)
so i dont recomand if you need a part asap and they dont keep their word, front of us, as clients! im also a human and i understand it, but its a difference between being honest and fool me... about the dispatch day.. got the parcel after a 8 days.. not estimated 2 working days as website says. Thats a disgrace!

This is the second time German Parts have helped me out. On both occasions they have been brilliant. David & Joe in particular have been great to deal with. Knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.
I will definitely be back.

When ordering my headlights the person on the other end of the phone was really helpfull and made sure I was ordering the correct ones. Delivery was well on time and the price for the headlights was a fraction of what I was quoted by a main dealer. Also peace of mind with a six month warranty. Now fitted. Thanks.

I ordered a headlight and was told it was genuine and would receive 4-5 day delivery

It never came, the manager always said it was out for delivery and it just didn’t arrive

Nice respectful people, very easy communication and high quality car parts that I needed

Super service from all at German parts. I needed a new headlamp. Mercedes advised the part was on back order and could not provide any indication as to lead time. Not only they work tirelessly to get me the part I needed, they also made sure it functioned perfectly after it had been fitted by my own third party.
I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them

Dissapointed to say the least.

they never deliver within the time stated, and send me cheap parts that aren’t even close to the original thing and they are always faulty, and hide bad reviews from their trust pilot.

I have been dealing with German Parts for a while now, I buy salvage cars, repair them and sell them on.

In the last 2 years of dealing with German Parts I can quite honestly say I have never had a problem, every part I have purchased has been either brand new or top quality second hand, priced perfectly and I have even put cars in for repair with them as they don’t just supply parts.

I can see some bad reviews on here and I can quite honestly say “you can’t please everyone” that’s just business, these guys are honest kind people, something you don’t often get in this trade anymore.

I will always do business with them!

After months of being messed around by many suppliers, supplied the incorrect headlight twice and scammed German Parts really saved the day!

I purchased a brand new BMW 5 series headlight and an extremely great price (compared to the dealer) as my headlight was extremely hard to come by German Parts advised me they would need to order it in and would take roughly 3-5 working days to arrive, as promised it arrived at my door on the 5th day and wrapped perfectly, had it fitted at my local garage who unfortunately didn’t have the right equipment to code the headlight so was forced to go to my local main dealer, none the less was coded without any issues and I am finally back on the road!

Enquired about a headlight for my Audi - great initial communication and confirmed they could supply the part I asked for - offered a discount - thought "great".
Very quick delivery but only to find that they had not supplied the part number I asked for - sent an earlier edition, which, Audi advised not to fit to my car.
Asked if they could supply the part number I needed or a refund. No attempt was made to supply the part I needed and was told to order it from Audi. Returns authorised and I was told that a refund would be processed within 3-5 working days after receipt of the returned goods. Never happened.
That was the middle of August and I have only just managed to get my refund this week after having to chase it up.
Very poor after sales service and to be honest, would avoid.

I am not quite sure why anyone is giving these guys bad reviews without going into it to much I bought a headlight from them which was not suitable and without delay I have just received a notification with my refund pending on my PayPal account, the owner Joe as well as his team have been more than helpful and they are far from rude like some reviews state I would definitely go back to them for any future parts I might require and my son in law who has a garage is now going to use them as their prices are very competitive.
