Ordering was easy, delivery was fast and thankfully there was enough reviews and information online to make an informed decision, will update once complete

Update: quality materials are really good, I've went for the standard size ultra due to being in North East Scotland. Instructions were relatively clear some additional lines would have helped for simple people such as myself. I got there in the end. The door seems like a design flaw, really stiff maybe I haven't figured it out yet, going to get greese, as already got scratches down the sides, hoping the greese helps to prevent further scratches. Overall really happy with the product, seems sturdy and strong.

Had a few issues with wrong brackets but once they came we started to put up the dome. Took three days, hard work as I have arthritis, hubby did most of the work, however love sitting in it even when it is raining. So relaxing

We ordered the 3.5m Extreme dome with the new standard round base and floor. Very pleased with our dome and would recommend GeoDomeX.

The delivery was on time and all the parts were in good condition. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. This was a great help.

Quick ship well built

The main builder of the decking and dome was my 86 year old husband - with a little help from me and daughter and son-in-law. It was hard work spread over 3- 4 weeks (not hours!). We had some challenges (missing parts, sticking door) but Garvi at Geodomex HQ is very helpful. At first we thought, what have we got ourselves into, but it's been worth it in the end.

Fast delivery only took a day with there express delivery which is free product is amazing cant wait to enjoy our days and nights inside our geodomex was a little tricky to build but use a couple of peaple with a little knowhow but when built it looks incredible

Absolutely love the dome. It’s so cosy and warm when sun is out and I can’t wait to use it in the winter with a little heater inside. It’s pure magic being able to sit in the garden in the rain! Bliss! I find the door difficult to stay I. The runner when opening and closing but it maybe my operator error. Brilliant company very helpful throughout quick delivery.

Absolutely love this purchase got it set up just in time for summer nights. Took us two days to build it and made some errors along the way which where easily rectified but it looks amazing once complete. Been wanting one for ages but the 3.5m was just too large the mini is ideal for our garden and I look forward to spending many days and nights enjoying it

Dome arrived on time in 3 separate boxes. We chose the upgraded version for a more sturdy structure. Amazing build kids and adult love it

I am definitely delighted with my dome. The Mini is the ideal size for the 2 of us and when our grandchildren come to visit, a few extra garden chairs fit perfectly. With a few tables and lamps, it’s the ideal relaxing environment. The one issue which we have found, and contacted the company about it, is that when the door is being opened, the highest end goes over the roof and down the other side. Unfortunately, this is causing scratches on the 2 windows it goes over.
One other issue is that we are experiencing great difficulty in persuading our grandchildren to get out of the dome.

Delivery was on time and the agents of the company were excellent in answering the questions which I had.

UPDATE
There was an issue with 2 panels being scratched by the door when it was opening.

Stuart, the installer, was contacted by the company and has now resolved the issue I was concerned with.
I must add that I was extremely impressed with Stuart … his workmanship was excellent and he managed to improvise upon the design, anticipating possible future issues and being proactive in ensuring that they didn’t occur.
His manner and friendly attitude was top drawer and I commended the company for having him “on your books.” He is a credit to GeodomeX.

Easy to install , instructions were detailed. Took me 15 hours on my own . 2 or 3 people could install in 5 / 6 hours easy

The delivery was spot on and driver who couldn’t get his large waggon up out long narrow drive delivered the dome and decking kit to our door using his electric barrow.

Trustpilot Review

I’m in the middle of building my geodome and so far, so good! Halfway there, and it should be finished tomorrow evening. We’re about 3 hours in so far.

The instructions are fairly straightforward. There were a few small errors on our part, but we spotted them before getting too far into the build, so they didn’t cause any major issues.

Update: We completed the build in around 7 hours. Just follow the instructions carefully and you’ll be fine. We’ve added furniture and foam flooring to help keep the draughts down, and the rug is on its way.

It was packaged very well. Instructions and video were well done and looks great when built.

I absolutely love it. Not as easy to out up as I thought, but got there with help from the family. Now that it is up and in place it looks amazing. Looking forward to spending more time outside enjoying the garden.

The experience was great from ordering, delivery and completion of the dome. The instructions are clear and precise so making building easy. Took my husband and myself a bit longer to put together as the weather was hot and we are no spring chickens. But now it's completely finished it is wonderful and we are looking forward to spending a lot of time using it
