Completely happy with our garden dome, not easy to assemble needs at least two people, but it is ok if you follow the instructions step by step which are of a good standard. Watch the anchoring video which is great and very helpful.

Beautiful dome
The dome itself looks amazing and we can't wait to use it.
The only let down was that a couple of pieces for the windows were missing which the company are sending out, and we weren't advised that there would be a delay of a few months for the sunshade we ordered alongside the dome.
Construction was a bit tricky but worth it.

My husband and his friend are over 70 years old
My husband and his friend are over 70,took all day to build 3/4 had to phone helpline for help and get a family member ,who had built one weeks ago to help,

Is precision build, NOTE do not tighten the screws until complete so building will be easy. Love the vents and windows provided as it ensures a constant flow of air. It transformed my garden! It truly feels a part of the house now 😊

Takes a while to put up but once up it’s an extra room in all weathers would recommend paying someone to put it up for you

Not happy
Are we really the only people who have bought a Gedomex and their base , and the door falls out !!! No real help from support team, no contact number to speak to an actual person . Base and dome went together quickly but no good if door doesn’t fit !! Beyond annoyed now . Two days of random emails from them but need a conversation . Obviously no real people working there with a troubleshooting mind .

Thank you for your message, and we're sorry to hear about any frustration and inconvenience. Our customers don't typically have any issues with base installs.
As mentioned in our recent email our customer service team is available for inbound calls Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (UK time), and you're very welcome to give us a call at your convenience so we can discuss the issue directly.
From the information provided so far, it appears that the dome simply needs to be anchored down under tension to ensure proper door operation. However, we appreciate that you have advised the dome is already clamped down with clamps and tensioned with packers however it was only designed with full screw down method in mind.
To help move this forward as quickly as possible, we have also sent a request to our technical team asking them to contact you directly to discuss the issue and assist with troubleshooting but please feel free to call us on 02038861874 at you convienience.

Great piece of engineering.
Great piece of engineering.. I wouldn't recommend building in the wind ( be sure to check the forecast). Loving it in our garden.
