Easy to install , instructions were detailed. Took me 15 hours on my own . 2 or 3 people could install in 5 / 6 hours easy

The delivery was spot on and driver who couldn’t get his large waggon up out long narrow drive delivered the dome and decking kit to our door using his electric barrow.

I’m in the middle of building my geodome and so far, so good! Halfway there, and it should be finished tomorrow evening. We’re about 3 hours in so far.

The instructions are fairly straightforward. There were a few small errors on our part, but we spotted them before getting too far into the build, so they didn’t cause any major issues.

Update: We completed the build in around 7 hours. Just follow the instructions carefully and you’ll be fine. We’ve added furniture and foam flooring to help keep the draughts down, and the rug is on its way.

I absolutely love it. Not as easy to out up as I thought, but got there with help from the family. Now that it is up and in place it looks amazing. Looking forward to spending more time outside enjoying the garden.

The experience was great from ordering, delivery and completion of the dome. The instructions are clear and precise so making building easy. Took my husband and myself a bit longer to put together as the weather was hot and we are no spring chickens. But now it's completely finished it is wonderful and we are looking forward to spending a lot of time using it

Ordered my Geodomex as am updating my garden. I also bought the flooring, standard ultra+ glass and metal fixings. The flooring arrived with the front piece missing. Also the wood doesn’t seem the best finish. I mounted it on a raised decking and it feels a lot firmer walking on than if I’d just had it on the decking. It was very tricky getting the frame around the flooring as the bolts are underneath and I had to cut a couple of small sections out so it would fit. Once that was done actually building the dome was pretty easy. The tougher glass feels very solid and is going to make a fantastic addition for us.

Absolutely terrible experience with Geodomex. This was a nightmare to assemble from the start—the holes didn’t line up properly, which made putting it together far more difficult than it should have been. Once assembled, the door was nearly impossible to open and close, requiring ridiculous force, so now it has to stay open permanently. We’ve resorted to hanging an outdoor rug over the doorway and hoping it doesn’t blow away in strong wind.

To make matters worse, I spent a lot of time with customer support going over measurements to make sure I ordered the correct size for a standard hot tub, and despite that, it ended up being way too small. Then I was told I couldn’t return it once it had been unpackaged and the first row was assembled..... Satisfaction guarantee is a lie. Since returning it wasn’t an option, we were forced to place it elsewhere just so it wouldn’t be a total loss.

This entire purchase was a complete waste of time and money. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.

Great quality. Fantastic space in the garden to enjoy all year round. Brings the garden indoors.

Arrived well packed. Put it up yesterday, very easy instructions with numbered parts. We bought the GeoDome X Ultra and it appears to be very sturdy. Panels are really clear. Looking forward to long evenings/nights outside whatever the weather.

Affordable elegant addition to the garden, instructions are pretty clear, not difficult for two people to set up!
