Well I definitely could say see that I have this Google phone gen mobile hot pepper phone it really really sucks it drops calls it don't let me sign on when I turn on my phone I really really hate this phone but the service is okay do better

The Lifeline program provides a government subsidy that covers a plan with a limited amount of monthly data. If you find you’re using it up quickly, you can upgrade to a plan with more data for as low as $10/month.

If you're a prepaid customer, you also have the flexibility to change plans at any time as your needs change. You can call 611 or visit genmobile.com/plans to explore your options.

This phone service is unpredictable and…

This phone service is unpredictable and unimaginable! I have experience nothing but problem and issues with this phone. Although it's free? The quality is super Bad! Need to give us better phones some of us don't have income to upgrade, but you all can improve service by issuing us better phones to start with. I'm tired of having my calls dropped in the middle of a call...just sad

Because these plans are government-subsidized, the monthly data allotments are set by federal regulations rather than by Gen Mobile directly. Bad!,company

I had at&t, I kept getting meagevhad to do a update for gen Mobil. Well I did so not to loose service! An I haven't Ben able to revive orakeva call scense! I have total no signal bars! Gen Mobil sucks! They do not give u good service! I say there service is 0!!! Do not go to gen Mobil is my best advise

It has been a very negative…

It has been a very negative experience.I haven't had my phone a month and I 'm trying to get to the doctors in need of transportation, and that's when the phone goes out for no reason.They use all these excuses saying that I didn't go to the national verifier, or I went to another carrier.Which I did not so when you really need the phone, it will not work for you.And then they ask you for money, then they want all your information.And a bank card and use that it's a very bad company with a very bad product.And they will not service that
