I needed my number changed because I was getting too many calls and texts from the previous owner. They changed my phone number immediately and I haven’t had a single wrong number since.

I was approved for a phone never got…

I was approved for a phone never got it. I waited a whole month. Gen mobile claims they were never able to get a tracking number after two weeks finally got one. Kept checking and it was just sitting where the label was created. After a month of waiting I canceled. I’ve never had an issue like this with any services. Completely unacceptable and will never recommend them to anyone. As a disabled person that needs a phone for doctors and emergency, this is very very bad look on Gen mobile. Stay away from them

I got this phone for my grandson

I got this phone for my grandson. He is autistic and his own Social Security and needed a phone when we got it. It turned on, but by the very next day, it shut itself off and will not turn back on so I got a hold of customer service they said no problem. They are just going to send him another one. It never came three weeks later. I called back to find out when it’s going to be here and they said it’s not something that they said that they needed from me I did not give them, which is not true at all. I didn’t know anything about this until I called the second time not worth it. Don’t even waste your time.

When I got the phone your representative said it’s active for one year but after one week the data and network is not working and it is deactivated.

I received my phone and it doesn't hold…

I received my phone and it doesn't hold a charge. I charge it and the battery died less than 2 hours please send me a new one that holds a charge
