Left car for 10 nights,when i got home…
Left car for 10 nights in valet parking,when i got home in early hours of morning noticed 2 dirt marks of roof liner inside car. Emailed customer services,apparantly i should have checked over car before leaving car park. Oh yes,at 3:30 in the morning i need to be inspecting the inside of my car and looking at the roof. I even provide photos before and after as had taken a photo of family in the car. Still not intrested,guess the marks appeared all by themsevles. Had to pay to get roof cleaned.Poor customer services. As i cant reply to gatwicks email,i have complained twice and escalated this issue and they have said there is no case.

The overall experience was very good
The overall experience was very good.
The most disappointing thing was the experience of when you left the office, we encountered an extremely long wait to use the lifts to get back to the car!
Very long queues which on Monday am 3rd August,queued back past the the office, only 2 lifts in operation.
Come on Gatwick, l know you are usually better than this , 20 minutes to get back to your car due to poor operations of the lifts, after a long flight isn't acceptable!
I would have given 5 stars 🌟 if this had not happened..

Great location, easy process, secure parking.
You know exactly what you are getting when you park at Gatwick Airport Official parking, security, clear instructions, easy process, good transfers and the ability to keep my keys. Prices can be a little higher than other options but the security of keeping my keys and parking the car where I want to is worth it. The parking is also so close to the terminal the short transfer is minimal. Absolutely would use again.

Booking changed online from South to North Terminal
Due to BA flight cancellation, we had to change booking to Easyjet North Terminal. Parking change to North Terminal completed online relatively easily, at no extra cost.

So easy using valet parking at Gatwick Airport. Drop your car , walk up the ramp and check in. Return is also easy, visit reception, collect keys, load car and drive home. Highly recommend

So easy to book online, great price too. Kept up to date from booking. So easy to find and park. Return journey so simple to do too. Cannot fault at all, will definitely use again and recommend. Straight into the carpark. Clearly signposted for entry and exit. Regular buses. No problems at all. Plenty of travel info before we departed on holiday. Handy contact info if we had any queries. Will definitely use again.
