Misleading and Long Delays.
First of all I placed an order for 4 pairs of socks , which took an extra 3 weeks then stated to arrive at my house. I was already unhappy at this point but stuff like this can happen. A couple of weeks later I get the same order again and I think maybe they have sent out a free order due to the large delays . Turns out it was a subscription I signed up for. Fair enough I should have read the terms and conditions more than I did but in hindsight I do think it is very sneaky and not clear to the consumer. When I tried to cancel the subscription I kept getting generic useless emails back from the team and was very disappointed with my service. Definitely won’t be ordering again and not just because I’ve a million pairs of socks…

Customer service.
I bought these socks around 3 months ago now and last week they formed a few holes in the toes. I emailed the company and they responded within a few hours. After a week of answering some questions for them they are giving me two replacement pairs and were very helpful. The socks are really good if you have not used them before.

Poor quality and rude customer service
The website makes it easy to add unwanted items, as they aggressively upsell then charge you for the return.
Average product quality as all pairs we have purchased to date have developed holes in the them.
I'm done with this company and their unprofessional customer service reps. Going to try the Joma grip socks in sted.

Wrong size ordered
Ordered late last night. Bundle of 4 pairs of socks, in a size 1-5. The website seemed to be glitching most of the night and I had previously closed the browser several times and re opened. Managed to get what I wanted in the basket. Checkout and notice the sock size had changed to a 9-13 wayyy to big for the feet intended. Email customer service immediately (ordered at 22:22) emailed in customer service at 22:25 and was told they can’t send the correct size as the order has already been processed. I find that really hard to believe and although I’m yet to receive the sock they will be returned without reordering the correct size. Customer service goes a long way and unfortunately gain the edges is absolute rubbish.

Advertised £5 per pair on subscription , bought 4 only on confirmation of the order are you told the subscription can’t be cancelled until you furfiloed 4 full orders WHO THE HELL NEEDS 16 pairs of grip socks … anyway emailed within 5 min to cancel the order but I’m told I can’t cancel the order or the subscription without paying £20 each for the socks! What a con.

So very frustrating
So very frustrating. Customer service are very responsive but not very helpful. We went round in circles for ages and I have had to explain the problem multiple times as no one seems capable of reading over the previous conversation. I was told that the packaging and shipping can affect the size of the socks! Eventually, I had an appropriate response but it took 16 emails. Waste of time.

Shocking quality and diabolical customer service
I ordered six pairs of socks, and within minimal use, four pairs have already developed holes. That is beyond unacceptable — it’s clear these products are cheaply made and not fit for purpose.
Customer service was just as bad. I was actually told not to wash the socks, which is absurd. On top of that, they offered a single replacement pair as if that somehow makes up for the majority of the order being faulty.
All communication has been nothing but generic, copy-and-paste responses with zero accountability or effort to resolve the issue properly.
This brand is a complete rip-off. Poor quality, dismissive service, and no real interest in customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs.

HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION - BE CAREFULL!!!
Placed many orders for my footballer kids. Socks are great. This time, we ordered and apparently “signed up” to their subscription service. Gone back on to check this, and it’s hidden on their website when you go to pay. It’s not clear when you click continue to payment that they AUTOMATICALLY sign you up!! AVOID from now on. I’ll buy my kids grip socks from Pendle - JUST AS GOOD socks.

Great quality
Since switching to gain the edge grip socks I’ve managed to stop getting blisters every time I play football with the poor weather conditions we have in Wales causing my feet to slip around in the boot. They have allowed me to play in comfort for the full 90+ minutes and my feet have never felt healthier. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Bought multiple pairs for my son who plays in goal and they’ve been brilliant.
Great grip, comfortable and they actually stay in place throughout training and matches.

Never arrived
I ordered a 4 pair for 25 dollars hoping for them to come by Christmas, now it is march 16th and they never came. I have emailed them so many times and all they say is please confirm the shipping address over and over again and I keep doing that. I believe the customer support knows not much about the company and cannot help with the shipping and still haven’t given us a refund or shipped a replacement. I’m sure if the socks arrived they would be high quality, but if it is just a scam as it seems it is then of course it is not worth it.

Over the last 2 years
Over the last 2 years, I have purchased over 15 pairs for my son. On just about every pair the big toe has been getting a hole. I've emailed them and have been exchanging emails for the past month with no resolution, ive sent them pictures, and they keep asking for more pictures, at this point im close to being done with this exchange. My son loves the socks but the quality is just not there.

Is this a scam?
My son ordered socks in November and they never arrived. Each time he's reached out to them, they either tell him that they'll send a replacement or that its still in transit. The tracking number shows that it was first being returned to the sender in November and then in January there is a note that it was assumed to be delivered. It was never delivered. Most recently, they told him to go to the post office to try to see if it was at the post office.

Avoid subscription scam
Avoid. The company hide the fact you sign up for a subscription service when placing an order. When we queried the extra payment their customer service didn't want to know. We had to contact our bank to prevent further payments. And their socks are uncomfortable; my daughter could not wear them.

They offer you good price and then sign you up to a subscription so the “offer price” is actually expensive
You have to buy to get out of it too
I’d avoid them if you don’t want 4 deliveries
I bought extras for family members now I have
6 pairs of socks 4 times what a complete scam !
They do respond but you can’t get out of it and I belive this hidden your signed up for is actually against all standards !!!
