This company hides a subscription order on purchases. Customer services don’t want to know when you try and claim a refund for this. Avoid if you don’t want surprise payments taken weeks after your purchase.

The subscription is a CON
At the beginning of February I unknowingly subscribed to this. Nowhere on the confirmation did it say it was a subscription and I feel totally misleads. The next thing I know is getting an email to say confirmation of the same order 4 weeks later. I check my credit card and see a further deduction. I contact them to say this must be a mistake to then learn that apparently I have subscribed to a further 3 reoccurring orders. At the point when I queried, the 2nd order had not been dispatched and then they used delay tactics to not tell me how much it costs to cancel. Finally when they tell me the costs, the same morning they dispatch the goods and then tell me that returns cannot be made on subscriptions- this is an absolute CON! Why would anyone want a 4 weeks later subscription on socks and pay £4.99 for delivery each time! These socks are supposed to be quality which I believe they are, so who gets through socks this frequently.
I am disgusted with the delay tactics and outcome of this and advise people not to use this company and choose Flair instead.

Niet binnenkomen van gripsokken
Ik heb 4 maanden geleden gripsokken hier besteld, waarvan ze zeiden dat ze binnen 10 werkdagen binnen zouden komen. Het is onderhand al bijna een half jaar later en heb geen flauw idee waar ze zijn. Ik heb gemaild, alles geprobeerd om deze gripsokken te krijgen of überhaupt te weten waar ze zijn. Maar of ik krijg steeds dezelfde reactie of ze reageren niet. Graag wil ik mijn geld terug of hoop ik dat de gripsokken nog binnen zullen komen. Maar ik vrees het ergste.

I am absolutely taken aback by how disjointed my experience with this company has been.
My order was delayed. The color from the website was lighter than the color of the actual product. And now shipping will cost 2.5x the order price to return the items.
Absolutely unbelievable.
Avoid buying these products at all cost!

Terrible company, they hide a subscription on your order which they know full well nobody will notice and re bill you every month! I didn’t notice until the money was taken out of my account on the 2nd month. Tried customer care but they are also really unhelpful. Why would I want 4 new pairs of socks every month?? AVOID!!

I ordered something 7:21am Tuesday and will not receive it till Friday bearing in mind I have paid :-
£3.99 for "24H PRIORITY PROCESSING”
£4.99 "2 working days" shipping
Only to find out your using Amazon who charge nothing for shipping and it comes next day!!
I'm not very happy as this is my first dealings with this company and feels like I've been conned.
Then to have the audacity to offer me a chance to win free socks if I leave a review about my experience before I’ve even received them.
Well, at present this review isn’t going to be something you’d like to hear.
Asked you to get back to me with an explanation for your false advertising and a reason why I’ve paid £8.98 in "priority processing" and shipping.

I originally (and still) bought socks for my nephew who is a semi-professional footballer and he swears by them.
Having got a great deal for buying multiple pairs I kept a pair for myself to try when in the gym and running.
NEVER LOOKED BACK.
No longer do I get blisters or blackened toe mails from my socks slipping. These are great.
