Zero stars more accurate. I unwittingly was signed up to a monthly subscription (a monthly subscription for socks!!! Seriously!) I did not receive the 2nd (unwanted) package as I don’t live at the address anymore so it was returned to the company who refused to refund as “they can only refund for the 1st package of a subscription”🤯 So now €70 euros for 8 pairs of socks (+postage + “shipping protection” whatever that is???). I was made pay €17 to cancel unwanted subscription. The biggest insult is today I €40 was stolen by this company from my bank account for the continued subscription which I had to pay to cancel! So the grand total for 8 pairs of socks… €130. Avoid this company at all costs. Such a shame as the socks are excellent. Never again and complaint made to CCPC

Very happy with the socks. My boys love them. I accidentally subscribed instead of making a one off purchase. The customer service was brilliant, they responded straight away and sorted out my issue. Same issue as most people, deceptive subscription model with stupid cancellation fees. I've also seen that the company have replied to someone else's review saying that you have to actively select the subscription model but this is a lie, it is automatically selected. Definitely a scam and would recommend reaching out to your bank and raising a dispute as I'm pretty sure these policies are in breach of the consumer rights act. Shame because the product is actually really good...

Worst Customer service ever!
I really wish I could give zero stars, I'd give minus stars if I could.
I ordered some socks and sleeves at the beginning of April. They took a while to reply even though they tacked on extra for 24hr processing which is a total scam.
Eventually I got an email saying my parcel had been delivered, except the photo was nothing like my house and the map of the delivery showed my parcel was near Wolverhampton, I live in North Yorkshire!
I have now emailed five times in the last two weeks and all I get is fobbed off by ai bots or just ignored altogether.
No doubt I'll get the usual copy and paste answer to this telling me they care and to reach out to customer services 🙄

Terrible customer service, the so called promotional price is used to subscribe you on a monthly basis in a misleading way. If you want to cancel the subscription, you have to pay a very high price. Their promotional price is not a sale, it is a scam

Extremely poor service - avoid this company
Extremely poor service. I made a purchase of 4 socks, intending to get the deal of 4 for £24. Instead, they discreetly signed me up for a 4 month subscription which is not clearly signposted and automatically selected. When realising and emailing to explain I did not knowingly sign up for this, they just kept telling me that I selected the subscription option and that I’d have to make the 4 purchases or pay high price. After threatening that I’d seen multiple reviews of the same scam and would be adding to this, they started suggesting they could cancel, but then proceeded to tell me the order is already processed in their warehouse so could not actually do this. Take your business elsewhere to avoid being scammed.

Products good, method are a joke
The products itself was brilliant and delivery was on time. However I was purchasing these socks as a one off payment but I’ve now been notified I’m in a subscription somehow even though it didn’t state i would be in a subscription and I’ve now got to order 3 more times before I can cancel this subscription or I can pay a ridiculous up front cancellation fee. Product is decent but pricing is unfair to children.
Product is decent, however marketing and sales make them feel like you’ve been ripped off. My 15 year old son purchased 4 pairs but was not aware he signed up to a monthly subscription of 4/ 5 pairs a month for a further 3 months. Who needs this amount of socks?! When contacting customer services advised I could ‘buy out’ of the subscription for a further £28.00, which means 4 pairs cost around £55.00. Remarkable as all the advertising is showing 4 pairs for under £25.
An utter disgrace that companies like this use cheap marketing models to target youngsters. Extremely short sighted and longer term has cost them more. Several of my son’s team mates have also fell foul to this and now dozens of parents will no longer purchase from this company.
I have also requested a complaints procedure on 3 occasions and my request has been ignored each time.
Predictable company response incoming hiding behind T&Cs…

Ordered the item nearly a month ago now. Item was never delivered (not their fault). But the way the deal with customer service and chase up is. Just kept getting pied off with wait 4 more days if it isn’t we will chase the courier. 4 days went and past, told to wait another 4 days this happened three times. So I asked for a refund and was told this isn’t possible for an item in “transit”. I went to PayPal and got a refund instantly via the PayPal. Avoid this site like a plague. I’ve since bought off another site for cheaper and it arrived in 3 days.

Avoid those SCAMMERS!!!!
Paid for 6 pairs of socks in March and today I found out that I have to repeat this order for a minimum of 3 months before i can cancel because they charge me again for a subscription I never signed for!
Also the quality of socks are dropped big time since previous years.After a few weeks of wearing them for football practices they are covered with holes.
Subscription not showing at all when making an order! Awful customer service, no phone number to contact only email!Now I’ll be stuck with multiple socks i don’t even need!
Really disappointed, will not buy from them again for sure!
