Great performance, questionable durability

Socks have definitely reduced blisters after both football and tennis. Only criticism is that I’ve had to buy additional pairs after 6 months as the toe has worn away.

Exceptional fit

Exceptional fit, grip and durability. My 2 boys play and train everyday and these socks are the best and only ones they will wear. They really do the job that no other grip socks get close too!!
Buy more of these socks people....you know you want to!!....nothing else comes close.

Amazing value with a quick and easy…

Amazing value with a quick and easy service from ordering to delivery. My 10 year old finds any excuse to wear his socks even if he isn’t training or hasn’t a game. Will be sticking with Gain the Edge every time!

Great socks, delivery process needs improving

Socks are great and provide great grip but the delivery service was not great. There was stock issues which is understandable, but had to chase them for updates rather than being given automatic updates.

Best socks ever!

Great company! When I had trouble finding where my package was, I emailed them and they gave me a very quick response and made sure I had my question answered. Also the socks are great quality and I would highly recommend these socks they’re also affordable which is a lot better from other companies. Overall I would 100% but from here again! Overall they had great customer service and great quality socks.

Avoid !!

Avoid, avoid, avoid - they hook you in with illegal subscriptions that you cannot cancel/change even though it violates consumer law in the UK.

Poor customer service!

I had a frustrating experience with Gain the Edge after ordering six sets of socks for my 8-year-old. During checkout, three of the items were automatically changed to adult sizes in my basket without me noticing. I contacted customer services within minutes, but was told the order was already being processed and nothing could be amended or done until the items arrived.

The response felt very transactional and dismissive of what was clearly a genuine issue caused during the checkout process. Overall, a disappointing experience, and not the level of service I expected. I’ll be using Joga going forward, as I’ve had a much better experience with them.

shocking customer care

ordered 6 pairs of grip socks 2 weeks ago, still haven't turned up. Got in touch with customer care team who just regurgitate same nonense without providing solution. A shame as the product is great.

Great

This is all I've ever wanted from a grip sock. So glad they brought the split toe concept. I did run into trouble with shipping timing, but they threw in a pair as an apology, which I really respect.

Watch out for signing up to a subscription without realising

I purchased 4 pairs of socks and was signed up to a subscription I did not want, you are not making this clear when purchasing (looking at Trust Pilot feedback I am not the only one who has had this issue), a customer should not be able to sign up to a 3 month subscription with out realising! I have purchased a few items from you, but won't be using you again as very disappointed with this experience.

I can see Gain The Edge replying to other customers with the same complaint as me, and I disagree it is clear, as if it was you would not have as many customers highlighting the same thing!

Regarding cancellation, subscriptions can be cancelled once the required number of charges has been completed. Alternatively, we can assist with an immediate cancellation by settling the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard one-time purchase price for the items already received.

After unintentionally signing up to a subscription I made contact with the support team. Within 24 hours I was provided with the information needed to cancel and all was sorted.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, wouldn't change a size despite the order not being picked and despatched yet. They wanted to ensure it came to us so we had to pay their £5.99 return fee. Incredibly poor way to try and make a few extra £'s. Customer service = 0

KEEP AWAY FROM GAIN THE EDGE

I would honestly not use this company ever again! Firstly when you order - it took ver 3 weeks for delivery - which is crazy - they used to ship out of the UK - Now they ship from China.
Secondly - they are very sneaky on their website - in the small print of a box that needs to be ticked - they sign you up to a 3 month subscription - which sends you your first order 3 times - 1 every month and charge you 3 times. Stay away at all costs - there are so many better options out there. This crowd are scam artists.

VIP Subscription Price

The subscription is only applied when the VIP Subscription Price is selected. This option is clearly highlighted on both the product page and the checkout page, along with full details including pricing, delivery frequency, and cancellation terms. A notification box is also shown at checkout if a subscription item is in your cart, allowing you to review everything before completing your purchase.
We also apologise for the delay in delivery.

Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld in mijn ervaring. Ik heb mijn bestelling geplaatst op 26 maart en tot op vandaag nog steeds niets ontvangen.
De leveringstermijn is ondertussen ruim overschreden zonder duidelijke communicatie of update. Dit is voor mij totaal onaanvaardbaar.
Dit was mijn eerste bestelling, maar helaas ook meteen de laatste. Ik raad dit bedrijf niet aan als je op een betrouwbare levering rekent.

It’s been more than a month, and I still haven’t received my order.
They keep emailing excuses, but the fact is. I’m not getting my order, and getting money, is probably gonna be another up hill battle, with emails back and forth for months.
