Horrible terrible atrocious I hate it bad not ok unfortunate not good literally I had two Amazon packages shipped with them they both didn't arrive it's been like 6 days since the delivery date and still not delivered costumer service sucks as well someone get this company closed it wasted my time
Some kind of nightmare with delivery
Some kind of nightmare with delivery, I ordered a gift. I was told that it will be delivered in 6-8 working days. On April 1, the delivery arrived in Israel and nothing happened further. At first I wrote several letters and received no response. Then I called the delivery myself, firstly the support told me that it needs more time and the would call me back, but this didn’t happen, I called once again and the support assured me that everything would arrive this week, then I called again and had an answers that the parcel was sent back. it was a gift! they make me wait and don't give me any guarantees, no letters or changing the status on the web site. I am very saddened by this service and do not recommend this.

A courier service that doesn't actually deliver anything. I ordered a package from ASOS in Israel and paid for home delivery. They used a delivery company called APG that subcontracted out to GAASH Worldwide. I received a notification that I would need to pick up the package myself 30 minutes from my house (an hour round trip). I do not have a car and am unable to do this. I tried to just get a refund but was told by ASOS the $50 in customs fees would not be refunded. Just a garbage courier service and I will boycott any businesses that use them going forward.

I wish there was negative stars to give. Every order from amazon, but one in the last year has actually been delivered. they ask for additional information, they says they attempted delivery and then the package is lost. have contacted Amazon to no avail. Is there a government consumer department where we could ask for help?
They never pick up the phone
They never pick up the phone. They don't contact you about any needed documents until you communicate with them by email. Then they figure out that oh you have a parcel that requires KMT to send us your details.
Then when you send the details the reply is "Wait, it's being processed, it would take up to 30 days"
A very bad company I don't recommend it at all.
Avoid them at all costs if possible
Every time I have Gaashwd as the carrier for my package from amazon, it gets marked as undeliverable, damaged, or lost.
They keep asking for extra information that shouldn't be relevant to the delivery, like what will I use the items for?!!!!
I talked to Amazon support and had the replacement package delivered in time by another carrier without having any issues or being asked additional questions.
I think they steal packages or throw them.
I am raising these issues with amazon and hopefully, they will get things fixed

I ordered a package on Amazon, and even after late of 8 days after it was supposed to come to me, no one in customer service (in the website chat or WhatsApp) returned with an answer; you talked to the dumb bot.

Absolutely horrible, my package was marked as "delivered" despite never arriving. I've waited multiple days and nothing. I tried contacting them through the form on their website and I have not gotten a response, and calling their phone line goes to an automated repsonse that claims they will "call you back shortly", it's been 8 hours, which I wouldn't call shortly. Avoid them like the plague, I hope they shut down as soon as possible.

The worst service ever I have been waiting for my delivery it's been 10 days now yesterday they said the delivery is now out but I still haven't received it till today.
The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. I don't know the name of the person who gave me a "service", because she simply did not introduce herself. The conversation was handled in a very rude way with attitude instead of giving service itself. I was trying to call them one more time for customs clearance but they simply were ignoring my calls and when I called from a different number they picked up the call immediately. When I was asking questions the operator instead of giving me the answer was asking back "Maybe you know better?".

Gaash has the worse service i ever seen . They lack customer service skills . In my situation i purchased from amazon and gaash was the company that handles the shipment . they say the package eas picked up by a westbank driver . When i call them they say it was given to a company called aramex for final delivery. When i ask them what is the name of that driver they say they dont have . I ask if i can report that i didnt receive the package they say there is no such thing. When i call aramex they say they never received any packages and if i have a tracking number for aramex which i never received. It seems to me Gaash lacks customer service lacks organization .

Worse shipping company ever , send clients threating messages about their packages , sounds like , "we hold you package and we will beat it with hammer unless you pay us 40$ immediately" , the order from aliexpress was 11$ , wanted faster delivery so i choose express .. i guess its was a mistake , ofcouse not going to pay 40$ for 11$ order , you can abuse it as much as you want , no idea how sellers are still using your services .

Perfect Service
I ordered from Amazon on Wednesday, and the package arrived with Gaash the following Sunday without a hitch. The only reason I'm not rating it 5 stars is that although I was notified it would arrive today, I had no idea what time frame that may be. I write this review only because I see only negative reviews here, and I feel it is unjustified that the company should suffer from that, when there are people having purely positive experiences with their service.
הזמנתי מאמזון ביום רביעי, והחבילה הגיעה עם געש ביום ראשון שלאחר מכן ללא תקלה. הסיבה היחידה שאני לא מדורג 5 כוכבים היא שלמרות שקיבלתי הודעה שזה יגיע היום, לא היה לי מושג איזה מסגרת זמן זה עשוי להיות. אני כותב את הביקורת הזו רק כי אני רואה כאן רק ביקורות שליליות, ואני מרגיש שזה לא מוצדק שהחברה תסבול מכך, כשיש אנשים שחווים חוויות חיוביות לחלוטין עם השירות שלהם.

Every time I order from Amazon to Israel I pray that Gaash Worldwide won’t be chosen to be the last mile courier. Always late and poor service, messages ignored. So dissatisfied again and again.
