I just don't know why this even exist...no proper location available in maps . The delivery agent reaches by. 8.30pm(11.4.26) on the day of delivery then rescheduled to 14th but not tried to deliver. Asks to take from the hub directly even hub was closed when we arrive made us to wait for a longer time .
Suggestion;
Provide proper guidance
Try to deliver in address during working hours.

Worst delivery service out there. No customer care support. When you press 9 to talk to customer service, call drops automatically. They put false statuses like wrong pincode and incomplete delivery address. Something is seriously wrong how this company operates and I wonder why any company choose them for there delivery.

Very poor and highly disappointing service from Xpressbees Reverse Surface.
My shipment pickup under AWB No. 24319860174166 has been continuously delayed despite repeated follow-ups, emails, and calls. Every time I contact customer support, I am told the same thing — “pickup will be done today” — but nothing actually happens.
This shipment contains an important personal document, and such careless handling is completely unacceptable. Their false assurances have wasted a lot of my valuable time and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
No proper resolution, no accountability, and no commitment from the team.
Would not recommend this service at all.

The courier service of in Port Blair, Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman & Nicobar Islands is very poor. Deliveries are not completed on time at all.
My order was placed on 3rd March 2026, and the expected delivery date was initially shown as 11th March. Then it got delayed to 21st March, and now it is further delayed to 23rd March.
I would like to know why the delivery is being delayed repeatedly. This kind of delay is unacceptable. I am not receiving any calls or updates from the courier service. The status just keeps getting delayed again and again.
When will my order actually be delivered? This is extremely frustrating, as there is no proper communication or support from your side.

There is no option of rating 0 Stars else I would have preferred that. One of the worst courier services I have experienced. They are not updating the tracking page or estimated delivery dates. They are not responding to the customer care emails. I would not recommend sending my couriers through this provider.

Worst delivery experience ever with Xpressbees
I am extremely disappointed with the service. My parcel (AWB: 13409612271959) was supposed to be delivered today, but it was not delivered at all. Instead, I received a false update saying “delivery attempt failed” without anyone actually contacting me or visiting my address.
This is completely unprofessional and misleading. If the delivery person never came, how can you mark it as “not fulfilled”? There was no call, no message, nothing.
Because of this negligence, my delivery is now delayed, and I am forced to wait again for reattempt. This kind of poor service is unacceptable, especially when customers are waiting the whole day.
I would not recommend this courier service to anyone. Very unreliable and careless handling of deliveries.

What went wrong? Basically everything that could have. Honestly, you expect a good customer service in such companies but NO! They will never pick up your calls, the only working customer care number is automated and no human interaction whatsoever. In my case they have been messaging me daily that my parcel will be delivered today but it doesn't. Even the delivery guys don't pick up the call. To me they gave the reason it's not our area of service........like wth? You are logistics company and that's your excuse? I tried reaching out to people who worked there (COO ) turns out even he left the job..... The company is shit and there is nothing good about them. If your parcel is with them, you might as well consider it gone.

Fraudalent service
The shipment I intended to receive returned back to the seller. Every day I received SMS messages saying that the customer postponed, the customer refused to accept etc. But that is not true. No one arrived at my house and no one called either. They can not prove it. I registered multiple complaints to their registered email. All in vain. They replied they work according to their guidelines. May be arrogance is their guideline/ motto.
