Don't use them! The horror.
I have been trying to get my packages which are urgent for weeks. There is nobody to talk to. In the end I even got a message saying that my package was picked up when I haven't got the chance to do that. At one point with another package, I asked for it to be left next to the door as I was on my way home (we all have packages delivered to our doors without them ever been stolen) and there was nothing there, they claimed they left it. This is not a service this is a punishment.

I recommend to not order from them. I have tried to reach out to them by emai, WhatsApp tried to call them each time, I never got a proper answer and they didn’t respond to my emails either. They kept saying that they couldn’t reach me so they sent back the package but they didn’t contact me any time they were about to deliver the package, didn’t call or text. If you see any app using them as a shipping company don’t order!!!!!

Horrible service, this looks like a scam. They don't have any way to contact them, and decided on their own to deliver it to a very far inaccessible address. never use if you can

My first experience was ordering from iHerb. I paid shipping during checkout, but upon the package's arrival in Israel, they asked for more money to deliver it. I complained to iHerb, and eventually, they did deliver the package.
The second experience involves Amazon. Their tracking has shown 'out for delivery' for the past three days, and I'm still waiting. If you can avoid it, I wouldn't recommend using them.

They scam people
I ordered package from AliExpress and in somehow it end with gaash company they scammed me before as well…they hold my package and never released it they ask me for 64 shekels and my whole order 92 shekel …. The money for (as they clamied ) test for transportation ministry for small led lights for cars they don’t respond to email or WhatsApp and nobody to complain and AliExpress didn’t give my money back

awful absolutely no customer service my package is stuck for weeks due to me allegedly giving wrong passport number and i tried calling email whats app online inquiry and never received any response and now I'm forced to start taking legal action against gaashwd

Packages keep getting marked as delivered- but they never are! Be aware of those scammers! Temu should stop using them! Unless they're the same scammers.

BEWARE OF GAASH DELIVERY COMPANY DISGUSTING SERVICE! MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN OUT FOR DELIVERY 2 WEEKS AGO! I HAVE BEEN EVERY DAY FOR WEEKS AND GAASH NEVER PICKS UP THEIR PHONE OR NEVER RESPONDS TO EMAILS OR WHATSAPP! This the 4th time a package has been missing and there's no one to complain to! SHUT DOWN THIS COMPANY!

Terrible customer service , it's been 2 weeks since my package has been delivered to them and absolutely nothing. No responses from their whatsapp aswell.

When emailed I was only given a vague "Your package will arrive soon" from them.

I never had a more horrible experience than with this company. They do not delivering packages, while saying that the customer is "not available". While we are home with our phone the entire day. We then try to contact them: phone, whatsapp, email. NO RESPONSE whatsoever. How does this company still exist?

The customer service is unacceptable. I received a text message to update my address after ordering from Amazon (something I never had to do with other delivery services). I promptly changed my address. The package did not come in time. I tried contacting them but it took hours for them to respond. They asked for my updated address again, which I promptly gave them. Hours later they said "Thank you." I still did not receive my package. I contacted them again and they said "the parcel has been returned to the sender
For further clarification, please contact the purchase site directly." All my contacts have been through whatsapp. There is no way to speak to a human at this company.

horrific customer service - actually no customer service. no one to talk to, always claim there's a problem with the package, I don't get it how companies like Amazon & TEMU works with these scums.

The worst delivery company in Israel. Untrustworthy and rude in communication field delivery agents and "never get back" support. Their WhatsApp communication doesn't help to solve a problem.

איך אפשר להיות יותר גרועה מהחברה הזאת אני לא יודעת. מוסרים את החבילות שלי 40 דקות מביתי למרות שיש 3 נקודות איסוף 250 מטר מביתי. אני גרה בת״א ופעם מסרו את החבילה שלי בנקודת איסוף ליד חיפה!!!!!

i got bad experience with this company,
their support was terrible.
i waited 3 days for reply.
they asking me to pay for checking the package when i only ordered bicycle mirrors.

They indicate that the parcel has been delivered but nothing
They do not reply to messages.
Do not order from TEMU if the delivery company is Gaash

No costumer Service.
They never pick up the phone or respond. They only have standard automated answers that usually do not match your question.

The worst shipping company I have encountered.
They send messages about requested document with no option to contact them for clarification.
When the document was sent just one week after their request (time to issue), they charged for this time $70.

Terrible company with awful service. But all reviews here doesnt seem to bother them. My package is stuck with them for one month now!!!! ואין עם מי לדבר פשוט נבלות , מגישה תביעה ייצוגית נגדם.
