Kind, compassionate and caring but also professional
Alexis took time to ensure all of we wanted was included and kept in touch until the day of the funeral. It was her first time using a shroud and meadow burial but it was perfectly organised. Hannah and the bearers were professional but also kind, compassionate and caring again ensuring the day was what we wanted. The day was all I could have hoped for thankyou.

They were very patient with myself and our daughters.They guided us through everything.Gareth Benton did our order of service and could not have been kinder. Kim,( Cosham Branch) was so kind and helpful getting us organised so we could plan my Mum’s funeral.
On the day we were introduced to the whole team,everyone on the team were so lovely.
The day was well planned out and Reverend Jim was recommended to take Mums service. Jim came to Mums house to run things through with us before the service.i can say honestly nothing was too much bother. The service was beautiful everyone said to me afterwards that this was the nicest funeral anyone had been to. Thank you so much and I would have no hesitation recommending coop funeral directors.

Service was very good
Service was very good. They empathy and compassion showed from the employees was wonderful.
Our driver for the funeral Andrew was wonderful , in fact all the gentlemen on the day showed alot of love and care for their job and our deceased family member.
It made saying goodbye alot easier.
