All the comms with this group were clear, precise and efficient, including having to rearrange the date of the survey. George Brown was my personal contact and nothing was too much trouble. The survey report was sent within 4 days of the survey and was easy to follow.

Dont deal with this company they make appointments and then cancel i had work booked off flights booked and car hire and they just cancel two weeks trying to make an appointment then they cancel waste if time

I would give five stars, but I haven't yet had the survey yet. I worked with Cameron who was very helpful and very responsive. He helped me organize a survey which will be done promptly. I would give five stars, but I am awaiting the end of the process and for the survey to actually take place.

We had a really easy experience with GOTO for our homebuying survey. We opted for a level 3 and their prices were very competitive. Payment and terms were easy to understand.
Our advisor Cameron Rafferty was great and very professional.

Haven't had the survey yet, so I can't comment on that but Ryan Pervez was incredibly helpful over the phone. He was very helpful and took the time to talk me through the process and answered my questions in a clear and accessible manner.

Very good service. We were struggling with the sale of our leasehold flat. Upon the first auction session we were successful and found a great buyer. Process seemed clear and supported by GoTo. There was only a couple times we promoted to know what was happening as sometimes the progressor said they were doing something and we didn’t hear back. However they were open to promoting and there were honestly no issues. I really recommend this service.

Libby was extremely helpful in the process of arranging a home survey. She gave us time to decide which level was best suited for us and was available to contact very easily.

Phone call made for a quote last week however we had a issue and couldn't carry the rest of the quote until yesterday with Sophia I had no hassle or chasing I got back to her and arrange a survey I can say she has made it so easy no stress and she was so lovely and helpful 😊

Claudette Joseph and her team were very good. Communicating each step of the way and pushing the solicitors when necessary. Ultimately the house was sold effectively.
