Co op in Pontefract were excellent. Duane Crossland made everything easy in a very difficult situation. Duane I would 100% recommend. He was very accessible and professional . He recommended Sharon fry for the celebrant service, who also I found to be excellent. Very personal to me. Mum could not have received a better sent off.. Thankyou co op for you expertise xx

Wife's funeral
From start to finish the arrangement and conduct of my wife’s funeral by the Totton branch was excellent. Kindness and consideration was displayed by all concerned at each stage; from presentation and viewing at the funeral home through the family interment to the arrangements for the subsequent memorial service. I couldn’t rate more highly the professionalism, efficiency, facilities and transport. Thank you.

All very easy, and the chap who dealt with me over the phone was good (James, I think? Can't remember now, sorry). Anyway, I bought the most basic option, which I found to be the cheapest option on the market. I got peace of mind immediately, all paid for, job done - boom. Thanks.

I know I can rely on the CO-OP. I used them for my husband’s funeral, which was coordinated with the friendly and helpful team. Everything was just how my husband wanted it. Exceptional service.
