My order arrived very quickly, unfortunately the instructions for the two kits were missing. I emailed (yesterday) when I discovered they were missing and I was hoping to hear today. As yet no response but hopefully it will arrive soon.

I received the materials for the macramé clutch and tote bag very quickly - but no instructions! However a quick email and the following day I had them - just a glitch - it happens!

My order arrived quickly and upon opening the package, I noticed that the two yarns were the same color instead of two different shades -- supposed to be a contrast between the two fibers. The project was purchased for the COASTER SET in the Sunset color theme. Also, it states very clearly that the item INCLUDES THE DIRECTIONS FOR MAKING THE COASTERS, but it only provided instructions for general weaving -- not the coasters. I have written 4 times and included a photo to show the colors of the fiber were identical rather than contrast as shown, and all I get back is an AUTOMTED RESPONSE that my e-mail was received and is being reviewed. I do have a phone number for FUNEM, but it is an international call which is quite costly so I don't want to call. I would just like these two issues, which I believe are VERY correctible, to be taken care of. The customer service used to be very responsive and now it's just AUTOMATED REPLIES that don't address the problem. I have also asked for a return label as, since, I am not getting a response from Funem customer service to straighten this out, I will return this purchase. I am so disappointed that something simple could turn in to this. What happened to your great Customer Service? I just want instructions for the coaster set and another color for the second fiber.

Bonjour j'ai commandé le "Tutorial Circular Project Kit - Abendrot - Funem x Orchad Weaves" qui est censé être envoyé en Français... Je n'ai reçu que la version anglaise, j'ai redemandé gentiment la version commandée, mais  j'attends toujours depuis plus de  2 mois que l'on me fasse parvenir la bonne version comme promise ! J'attends RAPIDEMENT un retour positif de leur part,  je suis très déçue du service client, malgré plusieurs autres relances... je n'ai aucune réponse du vendeur ! Aussi je ne peux pas faire le tutoriel car il n'est pas dans ma langue,  la qualité des matières et l'originalité du projet sont bien là,  aussi c'est dommage de ne pas être au rendez vous et d'honoré ce qui est marqué dans le site : TUTORIEL EN FRANCAIS ! ....et surtout DE NE PAS REPONDRE aux demandes LEGITIMES du client,ce qui est la moindre des choses ! It’s a very nicely made loom and, goodness, did it ever arrive quickly in Southern California. The rotating heddle needs some sanding but that’s okay. I’ve wanted a loom this size for ages. The top and bottom beams are crafted so the warp is very secure — there should be clear photos of this asset, bc it makes this loom far superior to similar looking looms.

Living in Canada and ordering internationally I was amazed at how quickly my order came. The product colours are just as lovely as seen in the website and the dowel is of good quality. I can’t wait to start my weaving project. I will definitely order from Funem again!

This was my first time ordering from Funemstudio. I purchased the XL weaving kit and a bunch of yarn/fibers. Im thrilled to learn how to weave! This company shipped my products super fast and the quality of the products are great! I haven’t opened the XL weaving kit yet but I’m sure it’s just as great quality as the yarn!
