Chris arrived promptly, did an excellent job, gave us a full rundown and advice of his findings. Certificate arrived promptly by email and a very reasonable price.
Arrived at our property on time and carried out the chimney clean in a very professional way without any mess. We will definitely use Fullhouse serv8ces again.

A thoroughly professional service
A thoroughly professional service by Chris. I was able to make an appointment within a few days of contacting him, and I had email confirmation of the scheduled sweep, as well as a reminder the previous day, outlining necessary conditions to carry out the clean. Chris was careful and considerate and very efficient; he advised me of the condition of the chimney and flue, as well as the best siting for the CO alarm. He carefully covered all the chimney piece, and wore shoe protectors so he didn't leave any marks anywhere. I received by email a certificate of completion and a photograph of the cleaned flue within moments of the job's completion. Chris was very personable and I trusted him completely to do an excellent job; I would recommend him without hesitation.
