Great Shoes, Disappointing Shipping Experience

The shoes themselves are great—excellent quality, stylish, and exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to extremely slow shipping and damaged packaging upon arrival. For a company offering such nice shoes, I expected better attention to shipping times and presentation. Love the product, but the delivery experience definitely needs improvement.
